| At the 19 th CPC National Congress and the Central Rural Work Conference,the strategy for rural revitalization was put forward,raised to a strategic height and written into the Party Constitution,indicating that China has elevated the strategy to a national strategic level.In September 2018,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization,indicating that China’s rural revitalization has entered the stage of full implementation.Our country related department needs from multiple aspects,actively promote the fall to the ground and implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating our country countryside,promoting the construction of rural public cultural service supply system is one of the important initiatives,supply of rural public cultural service system is an important part of our country’s rural revitalization,and improve the rural public cultural service supply to actively promote the realization of the strategy of rejuvenating our country countryside.In all aspects of China’s rural cultural construction,rural public cultural service construction occupies a large proportion,which plays a very important role in the process of cultural development.In recent years,both the Party and the government have attached great importance to the supply of public cultural services in rural areas and given great support in both capital input and policy formulation.Through the efforts of various social departments and the national government,the construction of rural public cultural undertakings in China has achieved rapid development and has formed a preliminary system,but there are still many deficiencies and problems in its development process.For example,in County A of W province,there are still various problems such as unbalanced and insufficient supply of public cultural services in rural areas.In this paper,A county of W province is selected as the research object,and the method combining practice and theory is used.This paper analyzes the current situation of rural public cultural service supply construction in A county,W province.Firstly,this paper discusses the related researches on rural public culture at home and abroad,and elaborates the concepts involved in rural public cultural supply and the theoretical basis needed in the research process of this paper in combination with foreign literature.Second,this paper,by using questionnaire,data analysis and so on A variety of ways A W province county were analyzed deeply the present situation of the construction of rural public cultural services,especially the present situation of the supply,and for A county rural public culture construction in-depth analysis of existingproblems,find A county in the rural public culture construction aspect such as insufficient supply of rural public cultural service facilities,the rural public cultural service unequal between supply and demand,supply of rural public cultural service low capital investment,rural public cultural service supply relevant talent lack and so on.It is mainly caused by the defects of the single public service supply subject,the unhealthy government public cultural service supply mechanism,the limited financial input from the government as the main source,and the lack of efficient public cultural talent training and introduction mechanism.Finally,based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes in the supply of rural public cultural services in A county of W province,this paper proposes four countermeasures to improve the supply of rural public cultural services.Second,improve the government’s public cultural service supply mechanism;Third,increase the financial support to the supply of rural public cultural services;Fourth,improve the talent training and introduction mechanism of rural public cultural services. |
