Application Of Music Therapy In Nursing Institutions

At present,under the dual pressure of aging society and social contradictions,high-quality old-age care has become particularly important,in terms of old-age care,how to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly in institutions,how to improve the quality of life of the elderly in institutions is a new problem that needs to be faced in the future.At present,there have been studies to prove the positive significance of music therapy for the physiological and psychological aspects of the elderly,but based on the reality of pension institutions,how to apply music therapy to it,and how to carry out its application mode,there are few studies and practical proofs.Based on the actual situation of pension institutions,this paper conducts research from the three aspects of literature,investigation and practice,explores and innovates the development methods of music therapy in pension institutions,proves the positive significance of music therapy to the elderly group of pension institutions,provides theoretical and practical support for the future development of music therapy in pension institutions,and provides certain ideas for the high-quality development of China’s pension industry.This study is mainly divided into five parts,The first part is an introduction,according to the current social background,that is,under the dual pressure of aging and social contradictions and changes,to clarify the importance of the study,to demonstrate the theoretical significance and practical significance of the study,and then through a large number of reading of relevant research literature at home and abroad,the use of literature statistics software statistical research hotspots and trends,combing the research status and research trends at home and abroad,understanding the current development status of the research,research methods,and making preliminary preparations for the research;the second part is an overview of music therapy,first introducing the physiological basis of music therapy.Confirm the scientific nature of music therapy,and then introduce the two main current music therapy methods;The third part investigates the construction of the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly in the old-age institutions,understands the current situation of the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly in the old-age institutions,and finds that there are different problems in the development of the spiritual culture of the elderly in different types of old-age institutions;the fourth part is to carry out demonstration and hypothesis on the problems found in the survey with music therapy,and through the analysis of the problems-methods,prepare for the later application of practice;the fifth part is practical research.Design and organize different types of music therapy methods for the specific conditions of pension institutions,collect and organize data through scales,and analyze the effectiveness through SPSS data software to draw research conclusions.The study carried out research from the two aspects of group music therapy and individual music therapy,and finally found that music therapy has a positive effect on the sleep quality,emotional state,cognitive ability and social level of the elderly in the elderly institutions,and the application of music therapy in the elderly institutions is conducive to the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly in the elderly institutions.
