Adolescent psychological development is a focus of research in psychology, education, sociology and many other academic disciplines and fields. How to strengthen the psychological development of young people and improve their psychological development, the community is very concerned. Reality therapy is an action therapy, because its rigorous theoretical system and technical simple operation is simple, lots of researchers have paid attention to it. It has rapidly developed. This treatment applies to any person with mental problems, not limited to the clinical, most of them can go through a relatively fixed procedures and modalities to effectively help the clients to check their lives and help them design a variety of constructive, effective and responsible behaviors. In the United States, the reality therapy has been mature applications in treatment institutions and universities. In recent years, Chinese scholars have also begun to analysis reality therapy localization, to explore the feasibility of its application in the education of young students and psychological counseling. To the study of the psychological development of young people, teenagers’educational technology innovation and popularity of reality therapy, reality therapy empiricaly applied to strengthen the psychological development of young people, to strengthen the psychological development of young people through a professional approach, has important significance.Purposes:(1) The first purpose of this study was to understand the basic situation of adolescent psychological development process, responsibility, self-esteem, life satisfaction and mental health, analysis of the development of youth responsibility, self-esteem, life satisfaction impact on mental health.(2) The second purpose of this study was to prove the reality therapy interventions’ effectiveness of strengthening adolescent psychological development.(3) The third purpose of this study was to enrich technical means of youth psychological development intervention.(4) The third purpose of this study was rich empirical research reality therapy in domestic content.Objects and Methods: Studied at a school at Zhaoqing city on the survey of randomly selected363junior middle school students, choose14students with relatively low level of psychological development as intervention participants at the same time. The research mainly adopts methods of questionnaire survey, experiment and case.Results(1) There was a significant negative correlation between Adolescent responsibility, life satisfaction, self-esteem and SCL-90and its8factors except phobia anxiety and paranoid ideation.(2)The10dimensions of juvenile responsible except responsibility of social development and5dimensions of life satisfaction except academic satisfaction are negatively correlated with SCL-90(3) Adolescent family satisfaction, self-esteem and family responsibility have significant negative prediction effect on SCL-90.(4) Reality therapy was used in this study, after9groups intervention, The responsibility, self-esteem and life satisfaction scores of the11teenagers were significantly higher than those before; The11dimensions of responsibility and5satisfaction dimensions except the school satisfaction scores significantly higher than before; The total score of SCL-90and9factors except the factor "other" are significantly lower than before.(5) After reality therapy group intervention, the sense of responsibility of the3young people, self-esteem and the level of life satisfaction scored significantly higher than before. SCL-90scores were significantly lower. Changes in the dimensions of life satisfaction, mental health factors and the dimensions of responsibility differ from man to man..Conclusions:(1) Adolescent family life satisfaction, self-esteem and family responsibility have important impacts on the mental health effects, can predicted mental health.(2) The reality therapy group intervention can effectively improve the responsibility from the10dimensions of adolescent responsibility emotion, responsibility behavior, fault responsibility, self responsibility, academic responsibility, collective responsibility, family responsibility, companion responsibility, moral responsibility and social development responsibility; It can improve life satisfaction from5dimensions of friendship satisfaction, family satisfaction, freedom satisfaction, academic satisfaction and environment satisfaction; In addition, It relieves psychological symptoms9factors except’other’factor representation, can improve psychological health status.(3) The reality therapy intervention in the case, can effectively help teenagers improve responsibility from the6dimensions of fault responsibility, self responsibility, academic responsibility, collective responsibility and moral responsibility; improve life satisfaction from5dimensions of friendship satisfaction, family satisfaction, free academic and environment satisfaction, reduce psychological symptoms of factor9factor representation except "somatization", improve psychological health status. The intervention effect of responsibility, life satisfaction dimensions differ from man to man.(4) The intervention of group and individual reality therapy can effectively help teenagers improve self-esteem.
