Clinical Observation On Wenyang Shengji Ointment Promoting The Healing Of Chronic Yin Syndrome Wound

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Chinese herbal medicine Wenyang Shengji ointment in promoting wound healing of chronic yin syndrome,and preliminarily explore its mechanism.Methods: 52 patients with chronic yin syndrome wounds who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(Wenyang Shengji ointment group)and a control group(rha FGF group).According to the patient’s condition,corresponding basic treatment will be given,and debridement will be performed according to the wound condition.The treatment group will use Wenyang Shengji ointment and Vaseline gauze,while the control group will use rha FGF and Vaseline gauze.Both will undergo dressing changes once a day for 14 consecutive days.Detect the level of VEGF in the wound tissue on the 0th,7th,and 14 th day of treatment,quantify the BWAT integral of the wound,and calculate the overall efficacy of the wound.On the 0th and 14 th day of treatment,the basal temperature of the wound and the number of capillaries at the wound edge were measured.Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS26.0.Results: VEGF levels in wounds: After treatment,the VEGF values in the wound tissues of both groups increased,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(p<0.05).Number of capillaries at the wound margin: On the 14 th day of treatment,the number of capillaries at the wound margin increased in both groups,and the treatment group was more than the control group(p<0.05).Wound basal temperature: After treatment,the temperature of both groups increased compared to before,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(p<0.05).Wound quantification score: compared on the 7th and 14 th days of treatment,the treatment group had lower wound quantification scores than the control group,and the treatment group had lower scores than the control group(p<0.05).Overall wound efficacy: After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.48%and 76.19%,respectively.Conclusion:Wenyang Shengji Ointment can promote the angiogenesis of the wound,improve the symptoms of the wound in many aspects,and promote the healing of chronic yin syndrome wounds by up regulating the expression of VEGF in the wound tissue.The clinical efficacy of Wenyang Shengji ointment in promoting the healing of chronic yin syndrome wounds is definite,and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of rha FGF,making it feasible for clinical promotion.
