Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Rural General Practitioner Team In Kaizhou Distric

The construction of the general practitioner team in China has been implemented for 12 years,and the reform of the medical and health system has also been implemented for 12 years.The people’s attention to disease prevention has gradually increased,and the residents’ health awareness has gradually increased.As the "gatekeeper" in the basic medical and health system,general practitioners not only provide the first diagnosis service for patients in rural areas,but also provide disease prevention,health security and other services for residents in rural areas.Today,the construction of the general practitioner team has become one of the priorities of the "Healthy China" development strategy.At present,there are three kinds of standardized training methods for general practitioners: one is the "5+3" model;The second is "3+2" mode;Third,job transfer training.Therefore,this paper takes Kaizhou District of Chongqing City as an example,using the case study method to study the problems and countermeasures in the process of building the rural general practitioner team.First,it introduces the current situation of the construction of rural general practitioners in Kaizhou District: the basic situation of rural health care in Kaizhou District;Overview of Kaizhou District General Practitioner Training Base;Measures and achievements of the construction of rural general practitioners in Kaizhou District;Basic information of rural general practitioners in Kaizhou District.Then,the training and development of rural general practitioners in Kaizhou District were investigated through questionnaires and interviews.The survey found that the number of general practitioners was insufficient;Training content and form still need to be improved;The satisfaction with the development of rural general practitioners is not high.Then according to the survey results,we found the problems in the construction process and concluded that the number of rural general practitioners in Kaizhou District is insufficient;The training courses do not match the needs;The working environment and salary of general practitioners are poor.Finally,on the basis of the research conclusions,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of rural general practitioners in Kaizhou District: attach importance to the construction of rural general practitioners;Formulate a training program suitable for the construction of general practitioners in the region;Improve working environment and pay.
