| With the continuous development of economic and social development, China’smedical and health services are gradually made further progress in the promotion ofequalization of basic public services in the background, the development of primaryhealth care services is considered a key content.Primary health care services in ruralareas means that rural residents undertaken to meet rural demand for basic healthservices for the purpose of covering prevention, treatment, care, rehabilitation, familyplanning, health education and promotion, and many other content convenient,inexpensive, comprehensive and continuous primary care health services. Due tourban communities and rural areas have different characteristics and differences; thispaper focuses on primary health care services in rural areas. After decades ofdevelopment and construction, China’s primary health care services has been greatprogress, but the capacity of primary health care services in rural areas compared tothe level of most of the city is still relatively low, such a situation caused by manyfactors, but one of the most critical factors is the initiative of health services staff.Currently in our rural areas, there are aspects of health service personnel problemsmainly include: Overall academic quality level is not high, the number of personnel isnot sufficient, the low level of medical technology, fewer services, single servicemode, these issues are restricting the improvement and development of rural primaryhealth care services in varying degrees.GPs system in developed countries has a long development history, has formed arelatively complete education training, management, application and so on a series ofimplementation process. Advanced experience abroad, on the basis of generalmedicine was introduced into our country, in the nearly three decades of developmentprocess more and more emphasis on the degree of importance of general practitioners,general practitioners will be training and development as a process of promotingChina’s medical and health undertakings powerful follow-up energy, hopes to adopt ageneral practitioner team building ways to enhance the quality of personnel to achievethe level, improve services and change the way content such as service targets, and further improve the current status of the grass-roots health services.Gp team can makethe construction of rural residents to enjoy the perfect health "service" andconveniently to obtain comprehensive medical health care, but also can help to reducemedical costs, reduce the pressure of hospital, the rational allocation of healthresources, alleviate the reality of "difficulty and high cost of the doctor". Therefore,development of GPS, the establishment of a high-quality, high level of ruralgrassroots medical and health services team has the very vital significance.This paper aims to analysis and Research on related concept theory, based on theadvanced experience of foreign countries GP team building on, Clear generalpractitioner team status and role in primary health care services, as well as thenecessity of strengthening the ranks of general practitioners,and then to the rural areasof Zhuozhou city as an example, by using random sampling method, selecting300farmers as the investigation object, and to ensure the validity, another10villagehealth room doctor as the interview object, will investigate the data collection usingSPSS19.0software for statistical analysis, to understand the status of Zhuozhouprimary health care services in rural areas in terms of personnel issues related to thecurrent and future development of a number of general practitioners’ needs andexpectations.
