Objectives: Learn about the theoretical training and skill practice of the standardized training base for general practitioners in Liaoning Province,as well as students' knowledge of the community base part in the General Practice Rules of standardized Training Content and Standards for Resident Doctors(Detailed Rules).Explore the factors that affect the training situation of the community bases and the mastery of the trainees, find the problems existing in the community bases, and put forward corresponding suggestions based on the actual situation, providing a meaningful reference for the standardized training of general practitioners in Liaoning Province. Methods:In this study, all the 2016-2018 students in the 30 standardized training bases in Liaoning province were selected as the research subjects,a total of 800 people. In November 2018,a survey was conducted at 30 standardized training bases for general residents in Liaoning Province.A total of 800 questionnaires were distributed using self-designed questionnaires, and 764 questionnaires were actually recovered, with a recovery rate of 95.50%.Among them,321 students have not yet started training at the community base, and 479 students have already started training at the community base. There are 426 valid questionnaires in this part, with an efficiency of 88.94%.Data were entered using Excel software and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0software.Results:Among the trainees who completed 1-5 months of training at the community base,46.9% of the trainees have received all the relevant theoretical training required by the Detailed Rules, and 14.5% of the trainees have completed all the relevant skills and practices required by the Detailed Rules.46.6% of the trainees have a good grasp of the relevant content of the community base in the Detailed Rules.Among the trainees who completed the 6-month training at the community base,61.0% of the trainees have received all the relevant theoretical training required by the Detailed Rules, and 41.9% of the trainees have completed all the relevant skills and practices required by the Detailed Rules.62.5% of the trainees have a good grasp of the relevant content of the community base in the Detailed Rules.Perform a single factor analysis on the factors that affect the theoretical training, skills practice, and students' mastery of the community base.Theinfluencing factors are the city where the residential training base is located, whether the clinical training base is an affiliated hospital of a university or a medical college, and whether there is a detailed rotation plan during the rotation of the basic training base. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A multi-factor analysis of the above-mentioned influencing factors, the final influencing factors are the city where the residential training base is located, whether the clinical training base is an affiliated hospital of a university or a medical college, and whether there is a detailed rotation plan during the rotation of the basic training base. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions : 1.The community base of standardized training for general practice residents in Liaoning Province has successfully completed the training tasks.2.Some contents of theoretical training and skill practice in the community base of standardized training for general practice residents in Liaoning province need to be strengthened.3.The factors affecting the theoretical training, skill practice and students' mastery of the community base of standardized training for general practice residents in Liaoning Province include the city where the residential training base is located, whether the clinical training base is an affiliated hospital of a university or a medical college, and whether there is a detailed rotation plan during the rotation of the basic training base.
