ObjectiveThis paper investigates the current situation of standardized training of general practitioners in Chengdu to investigate the current situation of standardized training of general practitioners in Chengdu,and discusses the quality and problems of standardized training for general practitioners,and provides the development of standardized training for general practitioners policy reference.Methods1.Bibliometrics: Through the retrieval of Chinese literature data,the use of database export function,the literature published time,title,author,source,abstract,etc.into EXCEL to sort out the contents of the literature analysis.2.Stakeholder correlation analysis: based on the theory of stakeholder theory,qualitative analysis is carried out according to its evaluation procedure.3.Questionnaire survey: on the basis of combing and summarizing the previous literature,we designed three questionnaires,namely,base situation questionnaire,clinical base in the training student questionnaire,grassroots base in the training student questionnaire.The The main investigation of the base construction and operation of the situation,the trainees of the general knowledge of the situation,the students of the theory and skills to master the situation and satisfaction.4.The interview: the collection of health administrative departments,clinical base regulatory staff,clinical base of general medicine director,grassroots base managers of the relevant views and suggestions.5.Statistical analysis: the general situation of the survey results using a statistical description;in the trainees on the general practitioners awareness and understanding of the use of a chi-square test;in the training of students to investigate the theory and skills to master the use of comprehensive and multi-class classification Logistic regression;satisfaction with a single sample t test and variance analysis.6.Quality management tools: the use of fish bone chart on the general practitioners of the existing problems of grooming and analysis of the reasons.Results1.Bibliometrics analysis results: At present,there are three main problems in general training: policy support,teacher problem and general concept.2.The results of stakeholder analysis: Health administrative departments,training bases,general faculty and trainees are the main stakeholders,the impact of general practitioners standardized interests of the resistance is how to deal with the relationship between the main stakeholders.3.Quantitative survey results: First,general practitioners standardized training base capacity and utilization of the same time there.Second,the general faculty access,supervision,assessment,incentive mechanism is not perfect.Thirdly,the degree of awareness of the general practitioners and their theoretical and technical skills are not high.Fourth,the process of training students in the assessment is not perfect.Fifth,in the training of students on the general level of training is not satisfied with the main factor is the treatment of the problem.Sixth,the treatment of income and the amount of water with teachers is the most important factor affecting the quality of training.Suggestions1.In the top design level: and constantly improve the training procedures for students,strict implementation of general training standards,and explore the establishment of third-party evaluation and regulatory mechanisms.2.In the training base construction level: Integration training base resources,encourage Baotuan development,and further strengthen the clinical base and grass-roots base of cooperation.3.Teachers: improve the access of teachers,assessment,supervision,incentive mechanism;establish a general concept,to promote medical humanities education.4.Students: strengthen the daily assessment efforts to strengthen the process of assessment.5.Information: strengthen the base information construction,enhance the management level.
