Objective Through the contrast observation of Baihui pressing moxibustion combined withac upuncture and simple western medicine clinical curative effect in the treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo,To investigate the clinical significance ofthe treatment of moxibustion on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,To provide a cli nical basis for the future treatment. Methods Come from the outpatients and inpatients in TCM diagnosis ofvertigo, and in 60 cas es with western medicine for the diagnosis of posterior circulation ischemia patien ts,according to the random and control law is divided into "Baihui pressing moxib ustion combined with acupuncture" group(referred to as pressing moxibustion grou p) and betahistine group(referred to as the western medicine group) with 30 cases in each. Two groups of patients at the same time be the conventional treatment, pr essing moxibustion group using Baihui pressing moxibustion combined with acupun cture for1 times a day, the western medicine group was treated with betahistine 6mg, 3 times a day, the two groups were observed after 2 courses of treatment wit h traditional Chinese medicine vertigo symptom observation table score on the symp toms, and observe the TCD indexes before and after treatment, the data of the stati stical analysis, and gain the results. Results TCM syndrome integral:pressing moxibustion group after treatment with symptom score decreased significantly, compared with before treatment, with a very significan t difference(P<0.01) in patients with syndrome integral, reduce the western medicin e group after treatment, compared with significant difference(P<0.05), pressing mox ibustion group and Western medicine group were compared between the two groups, pressing moxibustion group was lower the western medicine group, there was significant difference(P<0.05), show that the pressing moxibustion group is better t han western medicine group. After treatment, the total efficiency of: pressing moxib ustion group after treatment, the total effective rate was 90%, the western medicin e group after treatment, the total effective rate was 66.66%, after statistical analysi s, two groups there were significant efficiency(P<0.05). TCD results: pressing bilat eral vertebral artery and basilar artery Vs, Vd obviously improved the moxibustio n group after treatment than before treatment, with a very significant difference(P<0.01), bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery Vs, Vd improved the western medic ine group after treatment, compared with significant difference(P<0.05), show pressi ng moxibustion combined with the therapeutic effects of acupuncture and Western medicine can improve the blood flow of vertebral basal artery, after treatment bet ween the two groups compared, compared bilateral vertebral basilar artery and the b asilar artery Vs, Vd index has significant difference(P<0.05), show that the pressin g moxibustion group in improving the vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity i s superior to western medicine group. Conclusion Pressing moxibustion combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively improve t he patients of vertigo symptoms, and improve patient quality of life; at the same t ime can increase cerebral blood flow, improve vertebrobasilar situation. For the clini cal treatment of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo is a precise and effective trea tment method.
