Purpose:According to the clinical observation of Posterior circulation ischemia(PCI)vertigo(insufficiency of kidney essence)after acupuncture,an optimal treatment scheme of Posterior circulation ischemia vertigo(insufficiency of kidney essence)can be found and established according to the clinical effect and safety.Material and method:In this clinical observation,60 patients were selected from the Neurology ward of the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to May 2018.All the 60 patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random control. The 30 patients in the control group were treated with 0.9% normal saline250 ml plus gastrodine 0.8g intravenous drip once a day,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture once a day on the basis of drugs in the control group. The treatment cycle of both groups was 14 days. The vertigo severity,TCM syndromes and transcranial doppler examination of the two groups before treatment and the 14 th day after treatment were recorded. The above data input and statistical processing were performed with statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of severity of vertigo: After treatment, the scores of stun severity in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The scores of stun severity in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points: After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM Syndrome Efficacy: After treatment, the TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Transcranial Doppler examination: After treatment, the average blood flow velocity of the vertebral-basal artery was significantly higher than that before treatment. The average blood flow velocity of the vertebral-basal artery in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant.significance.(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with gastrodin injection is superior to western medicine group in the overall effect of treating posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(kidney essence deficiency type).2.Acupuncture combined with gastrodin injection can relieve symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, insomnia, dreaminess, vexation, amnesia, soreness of waist and knees, improve signs such as step test and spontaneous nystagmus, and is obviously superior to the western medicine group alone.3.Acupuncture combined with gastrodin injection can effectively improve vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity, and is obviously superior to western medicine alone.
