The Clinical Curative Effect Research Of Treatingposterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo With Tiaodu Yinao Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo by the method of Tiaodu Yinao acupuncture therapy and regular acupuncture therapy.Method:By the strict way of random and trial,60 cases were randomly assigned into two groups. In the treatment group,30 patients were treated by Tiaodu Yinao acupuncture therapy and 30 patients were treated by regular acupuncture therapy. Two acupuncture groups were serially treated for 10 days as a course of treatment,2 courses in all. The efficacy was evaluated by dizziness handicap inventory scale score and dizziness assessment rating score, commonly used by the current international clinical,then observe the curative effect of acupuncture.Results:1.Dizziness handicap inventory scale:There was no statistically signi ficant difference in both groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatme nt dizziness handicap inventory scale in both groups were decreased an d there are obvious difference(P<0.05).After treatment Tiaodu Yinao acu puncture method therapy dizziness handicap inventory scale significantly lower than conventional acupuncture group, there are significantdifferen ces(P<0.05).2.Dizziness assessment rating score:There was no statistically significant difference in both groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment dizziness assessment rating score in both groups were decreased and there are obvious difference(P<0.05). After treatment Tiaodu Yinao acupuncture method therapy dizziness assessment rating score significantly lower than conventional acupuncture group, there are significant differences (P<0.05).3.Comparison of effects:The overall efficiency of treatment group was X,the overall efficiency of control group was Y,there are significant differences.Conclusions:1.Tiaodu Yinao acupuncture method therapy on the Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo has good clinical curative effect, can significantly reduce the Vertigo degree of the patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo, improve the quality of life of the patients.2.Tiaodu Yinao acupuncture method therapy on the Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo is more effective than conventional acupuncture.
