Research On Government Performance Issues Of Liuhe County In Rural Cultural Construction

In 2021,the National Administration for Rural Revitalization was formally established,and corresponding organizations were established in various regions,marking a significant victory in China’s poverty alleviation mission and the beginning of the rural revitalization stage.Rural cultural construction is an essential part of rural revitalization.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "we must promote rural cultural rejuvenation,strengthen ideological and moral construction and public cultural construction in rural areas,take the socialist core values as the guide,deeply explore the thoughts,human spirit and moral norms contained in excellent traditional farming culture,cultivate and discover rural cultural talents,promote the main theme and social integrity,cultivate civilized rural customs,good family traditions and simple folk customs,improve the spiritual style of farmers,raise the level of rural social civilization,and bring about a new rural civilization." For the government of Liuhe County,it is urgent to solve the problem of how to properly carry out rural cultural construction and meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the vast rural population,and this is the focus of this article.Based on a review and summary of current domestic and international research on rural cultural construction and government administrations,this article provides a research and analysis of the current status of the Liuhe County government’s performance in rural cultural construction.With the background of the revitalization of rural culture,we explore the improvement of the government’s performance in rural cultural construction in Liuhe County.By analyzing Liuhe County government’s performance in rural cultural construction,including planning,guarantee,publicity and education functions,it is found that the government’s performance mainly encounters the following problems: the deviation of the rural cultural development plan formulated by the government,insufficient investment in rural cultural construction,lack of innovation in rural cultural construction publicity,and inadequate implementation of education and training.Based on the analysis of problems and causes encountered by the Liuhe County government in rural cultural construction,this article suggests that in order to improve the government’s performance in rural cultural construction,efforts should be made to establish the awareness of rural cultural construction of the Liuhe County government,broaden the channels of fund sources for rural cultural construction,carry out publicity through rural cultural activities,and increase the training of talent for rural cultural construction in Liuhe County,thus providing a powerful support for rural cultural construction in Liuhe County.
