| Objective1.To investigate the current situation of alexithymia and the influencing factors of main demographic variables in higher vocational nursing freshmen.2.The intervention program of Satya model combined with TCM sentiment adjustment and care of higher vocational nursing freshmen alexithymia was preliminarily constructed.3.To evaluate the application effect of alexithymia intervention program in improving alexithymia in higher vocational nursing students.MethodsThis study is mainly divided into three parts.1.The first part is a status quo survey. It was convenient to select 2001 nursing freshmen from a higher vocational college to conduct a questionnaire survey. The general data questionnaire and Toronto alexithmia scale were used to understand the current situation of alexithmia and the influencing factors of major demographic variables.2.The second part is the scheme construction.Through the literature research method, questionnaire survey method and group discussion method, the intervention program of exalthothymia with Satya model combined with TCM emotion adjustment and care was initially constructed.Under the guidance of experts, the content of the program was adjusted and optimized, and the intervention program of higher vocational nursing freshmen with Satya model combined with TCM emotion adjustment and care was finally formed.3.The third part is the practical research. In the first stage of status quo investigation, freshmen with alexithymic disorders were selected for program practice.According to the voluntary principle of existing nursing 36,36 students,36 students according to 1-36 number and generate random numbers, regulation number 1-12 students into the control group(regular psychology course),number 13-24 students into trial group 1(satya model group),number 25-36 students into trial 2 group(joint Chinese medicine care group). The intervention period is 6 weeks, once a week, and each intervention time is 1.5-2 hours, depending on the actual situation.General data and the scores of the Toronto alexithymia scale were collected before,at the end and 1month after the intervention, and the effect of group activity in trial group 1 and trial group 2 was investigated at the end of the intervention.Data entry was completed by Excel 2019 and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0.Results1.Survey results of the occurrence of alexithymia in higher vocational nursing freshmen.(1)Among the 2001 nursing freshmen who participated in the survey,343 were with alexithymia, accounting for 17.14%;642 with possible alexithymia, accounting for 32.08%;1016 with non-alexithymia,accounting for 50.77%.(2)There are significant differences in higher vocational nursing freshmen with different background variables in their origin, parents ’marriage, mother’s education level, relationship with parents and left-behind experience.2.Results of the alexithymia intervention program constructionThe theory of three emotional factors and triple self-construction as the theoretical basis;the intervention ideas of Satya model and TCM sentiment were determined through the literature study method;the current situation of alothmia in higher vocational nursing students through the questionnaire survey method and the influencing factors of different demographic variables to provide the preliminary basis for the construction of the intervention plan;Through the guidance of experts, the content of the program was adjusted and optimized, and the final draft of the intervention program of Satya mode and TCM emotion and ambition adjustment was formed.Comprehensive use of various methods, the scheme construction method is scientific and reasonable.3.Practice results of the alexithymia intervention program(1)Baseline data of students in the three groups: 36 vocational nursing freshmen were included in this study, including 12 in control group,12 in 1 group and 12 in 2group.During the intervention,2 students in the control group, and 1 student in both trial group 1 and Group 2.Finally,32 new nursing freshmen with alexithymia were included in this study, including 10 in the control group,11 in experimental group 1and 11 in experimental group 2.Comparison of three groups of students’ general data results show: in gender, origin, parents marital status, mother education level, relationship with parents, whether ever left-behind difference without statistical significance(P>0.05),before the three groups of students alexithymia and each dimension scores without statistical significance(P>0.05),three groups of data are comparable.(2)Toronto Asithymia Scale(1)Comparison between groups at the end of the intervention: At the end of the intervention, the three groups showed significant differences in alexithymia scores(P<0.05),with group 2 score <group 1 <control group.(2)One month after the end of the intervention: One month after the intervention, the three groups were significantly different(P<0.05).And test group 2 group score<test group 1 <control group.(3)The three groups of alexithymia and generalized estimation equations of each dimension at each time point: Time, groups and interaction effects were significant(P<0.05).(4)Pairwise comparison of aleximia scores at different time pointsA.Pairwise comparisons of alexithymia scores at different time points in control students: Students in the control group showed no statistically significant difference in the total scores and the scores of the dimensions before and at the end of the intervention(P> 0.05);the difference in the emotional expression dimensions before the intervention and 1 month after the intervention(P<0.05)and the rest;the difference in the total scores at the end and 1 month after the end of the intervention(P <0.05);the rest were not statistically significant.B.Pairwise comparisons of alexithymia scores at different time points in trial group 1: Students in group 1 showed statistically significant differences in group 1scores before,1 month after, and 1 month after the intervention(P<0.05).No significant difference in change at different time points(P>0.05).C.Pairwise comparisons of alexithymia scores at different time points in trial 2:Before and at the end of the intervention, there were significant differences in alexithymia scores and emotion recognition and extraverted thinking scores(P<0.05),and no significant differences in emotional expression difficulty scores(P>0.05).The difference in total alexithymic scores and dimensions was significant before and 1month after the end and 1 month after the intervention(P<0.05).(3)Evaluation of the effect of group activities: at the end of the intervention collection test group 1 and 2 students group effect, the results show that in the aspect of group attitude, interpersonal improvement, self understanding and the family cognition, activities implementation content and form, self confidence and value promotion and goal achieve, test 2 group effect is better than the test group 1.ConclusionsThis study preliminarily understood the current situation of the occurrence of alexithymia in higher vocational nursing freshmen through literature research, group discussion and expert guidance, and applied this program to the population of nursing freshmen in higher vocational education. The practical results have proved that this program is beneficial to reduce the level of alexithymia in higher vocational nursing freshmen, which is better than the Satya model intervention alone and the learning intervention in conventional mental health courses. It is helpful to improve students’ mental health literacy and reduce the occurrence of psychological problems, and can provide some reference for the relevant research of college students’ mental health education. |
