| Objective: The purpose of this article is to understand the life attitude level of school nursing students in a Chinese medicine hospital in Changchun,analyze the relevant factors affecting the life attitude of school nursing students,and put forward suggestions for improving the life attitude level of school nursing students based on the survey results.It provides a reference for colleges and universities to improve the life attitude of nursing students,carry out targeted life education,and cultivate high-quality nursing talents.Methods: Using the questionnaire survey method,using the self-made general information questionnaire and life attitude scale as the survey tools,in September 2019,a sample of nursing students in the first grade,second grade,and third grade of a Chinese medicine hospital in Changchun was sampled.For the sample,a convenient sampling method was adopted.A total of 430 nursing students in 9 classes were selected as the survey objects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted anonymously.After collecting the data and collating,use SPSS 22.0 statistical software to process the data.Based on the data results,analyze the reasons that affect the life attitude of the nursing students.Results:1.The life attitude score of nursing students in a Chinese medical school in Changchun was(338.65 ± 53.66)points,and the percentage conversion was(69.11)points,which was at a medium level.The scores of each dimension are: ideal dimension score(64.60 ± 11.74)points,and the percentage conversion score is 70.99 points;life autonomic dimension score(51.96 ± 9.89)points,and the percentage conversion score is 67.48 points;the love and care dimension score(53.86 ± 10.29)points,69.95 points after percentage conversion;presence dimension score(54.58 ± 11.51)points,70.88 points after percentage conversion;death attitude score(56.05 ± 9.57)points,after percentage conversion It is 66.73 points;the life experience dimension score is(57.60 ± 10.53)points,and the percentage conversion is68.57 points.2.In the general information,age,gender,whether it comes from a single parent family,family atmosphere,life attitude,interpersonal relationship,whether you like Chinese medicine movement,the number of voluntary participation in traditional cultural lectures or activities,whether you have read about Confucianism,Taoism,Legalism,Mohistism,Factors such as related allusions or cultural books such as military strategists and Shijia writers,and whether there is a specific future plan after entering the university,etc.have statistical significance on the difference in the scores of life attitudes of nursing students(P<0.05).3.Multivariate regression analysis shows: attitudes to life,whether from a single parent family,whether there are specific future plans after entering university,whether you have read relevant allusions or cultural books about Confucianism,Taoism,Legalism,Mohistism,Bingjia,Shijia,etc.It is the main influencing factor of life attitude of nursing students in school.Conclusion:The life attitude of the nursing students in a school of Chinese medicine in Changchun City is at a medium level.Life attitude,whether it comes from a single parent family,whether there is a specific future plan after entering the university,whether you have read about Confucianism,Taoism,Legalism,Mojia,Bingjia Factors such as home-related allusions or cultural books are the main influencing factors of the life attitude of nursing students in school.Prompt to give play to the cross-disciplinary advantages,integrate the psychological health education content of college students into life education,and integrate the life education content in the traditional Chinese culture to improve the life attitude of nursing students in school. |
