Research On Strategies Of Intelligent Governance Of Network Rumors In Public Health Emergencies

A good and healthy network social environment is crucial to promote national governance and modernization.However,in reality,network rumors continue to appear in various fields,disrupting the normal order of the network.Looking at the development of the overall situation,these distorted facts,malicious directional and purposeful network rumors need to be combined in a comprehensive way of governance.Today,with the development of big data,the updating of technology has promoted the digital transformation of national governance.The application field of intelligent governance has gradually expanded to many levels of society in recent years.Its governance model and logic have overcome the problems that cannot be solved by the traditional model,and achieved the accuracy and intelligence of governance.This paper takes online rumors of public health emergencies as the research object,based on the current situation of intelligent governance of online rumors in this field in China,through consulting a large number of research literature and data,using the literature research method,case analysis method,content analysis method,from the perspective of management,communication,psychology and other disciplines,taking the rumors of COVID-19 epidemic as the case,analyzes the characteristics,achievements and existing problems of smart governance,analyze the causes of the problems,and propose targeted improvement measures.The first is to elaborate the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad and the research methods used in this paper on the intelligent governance of network rumors in public health emergencies,sort out and summarize the current academic research in this field,and introduce the focus and research value of this paper.The second is to put forward the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis to be applied.The third is to take 187 COVID-19 rumors selected on Tencent’s comparison platform in 2022 as samples to deeply understand the spread characteristics of epidemic rumors,and by exploring the current situation of intelligent governance of online rumors in China,it was found that there are certain shortcomings in the balance between data applications and citizen privacy security,application and supervision of algorithm technology,public recognition of related rumors,and governance synergy.The fourth is to conduct in-depth analysis of the reasons for the above-mentioned problems from three dimensions: system and mechanism,technology,and concept.The fifth is to construct the implementation and safeguard measures of intelligent management of network rumors of public health emergencies from the institutional,technical and conceptual levels.
