| In recent years,public health emergencies occur frequently and become the focus of public opinion for many times.Under the joint action of the trend of spreading short,flat and fast characteristics in today’s information digital age,asymmetric information accepted by the public and easy to produce fear,public health emergencies are easy to become a "petri dish" for producing rumors.With the rapid development of social media such as Wechat and Weibo,rumors arising from public health emergencies become more and more prominent in the quasi-public space created by social media,and spread rapidly,immediately acting on the real environment,bringing a lot of negative effects.Therefore,it is extremely important to study the spread of rumors of public health emergencies in the social media field.At the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020,an epidemic caused by pneumonia infected by novel coronavirus disrupted the rhythm of people’s lives.the oncoming report of the epidemic caused people’s psychological anxiety,panic,fear,tension,unease and many other negative emotions.at the same time,it also triggered the network rumors with the longest duration,the most extensive influence and the most complex governance,which spread more widely and the source was more concentrated.The life cycle is shorter.These rumors spread ten or ten hundred times,and had a negative impact on the psychology of the public and the prevention and control of the epidemic.Based on this,this paper takes the COVID-19 epidemic rumors in the social media field as a case study to study the spread of rumors in public health emergencies.First of all,the article discusses the spread mechanism of COVID-19 epidemic rumors in the social media field.Secondly,it analyzes the spread characteristics of COVID-19 epidemic rumors in the social media field.Then it analyzes the influence of COVID-19 epidemic rumors in the social media field.Finally,it puts forward the measures to deal with the rumors of public health emergencies. |
