Objective:To observe and explore the clinical effectiveness of the shoulder three needle combined with acupoint application in treatment for Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after stroke,and compare it with the clinical effectiveness of conventional acupuncture,thus providing a new method for the treatment in patients with Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after stroke.Method:A total of 60 patients with Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after stroke were enrolled according to clinical inclusive criteria and were divided randomly to two groups called treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated by the shoulder three needle combined with acupoint application.The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture.The treatment in each group was implemented once per day,6 times per week,and 6 times per course.There were a total of 4 weeks for treatment.After 4 courses,Activities of Daily Living score,VAS score and upper limb Fugl-Meyer motor function score in two groups were observed and compared and addressed by means of statistical analysis.Results:By means of statistical analysis,there's no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in sex,age,and the scores of Activities of Daily Living,VAS and upper limb Fugl-Meyer motor function before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference is comparable.After treatment,the scores above show significant improvement in both groups(P<0.05).And the clinical effectiveness of the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The shoulder three needle combined with acupoint application,as well as conventional acupuncture,can relieve pain and improve the motor function of upper limb,and ameliorate the life quality in patients with Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after stroke.2.The clinical effectiveness of the former is better than the latter.
