Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the “three-neck needling” dragon-tiger fighting acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylopathy(NTCS),and the effects of this treatment method on the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),the Neck Disability Index(NDI),and isometric maximal muscle strength in forward flexion, back extension, and right and left lateral flexion of the neck in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods:A total of 64 patients who met the research criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with massage manipulation, and the treatment group was treated with “three-neck needling” dragon-tiger fighting acupuncture combined with massage manipulation. The massage course of the two groups was once every other day, about 30 minutes each time,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment. The patients in the treatment group were treated with “three-neck needling” dragon-tiger fighting acupuncture after the manipulation. The acupuncture course was given once every other day, about 30 minutes each time,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment. The VAS score,NDI scores and neck flexion, extension, left and right lateral flexion of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment, and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Baseline data: there was no significant difference in gender, age, and weight between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.VAS score: there was significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.NDI scores: the NDI scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The NDI scores of the two groups after treatment were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The neck isometric maximum muscle strength: the neck isometric maximum muscle strength before and after treatment in the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was a significant difference in the neck isometric maximum muscle strength between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).5.Clinical efficacy evaluation: there was significant difference in clinical efficacy evaluation between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.The “three-neck needling” dragon-tiger fighting acupuncture combined with massage was better than that of massage have better clinical efficacy in the treatment of cervical l spondylosis, and the clinical efficacy of the “three-neck needling” dragon-tiger fighting acupuncture combined with massage was better than that of massage is better than that of simple massage.2.The “three-neck needling” dragon-tiger fighting acupuncture combined with massage and simple massage can improve the VAS score and NDI scores of patients with cervical cervical spondylosis,as well as enhance the maximum muscle strength of the neck in forward flexion, back extension, left and right lateral flexion, and massage can improve the maximum muscle strength of the cervical spondylosis. The “three-neck needling” dragon-tiger fighting acupuncture combined with massage was better than massage alone in improving the above observed indexes.
