Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Cervical And Cervical Spondylosis With Dragon And Tiger

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effect of dragon and tiger warring acupuncture and the method of reinforcing and smoothing acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of cervical type,and provide an effective therapeutic strategy for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:A random number table method was used to divide 40 cases of cervical spondylosis in line with the standard of the study into two groups randomly.They were the treatment group and the control group,20 cases in the treatment group and 20 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated by the method of dragon and tiger warring acupuncture,and the control group was treated by reinforcing and smoothing acupuncture,the treatment cycle was 4 weeks.The effect of clinical treatment was evaluated by the cervical dysfunction index,the TCM symptom score and the pain visual analogue scale.In 1 weeks before treatment and after treatment for 1 weeks,2 weeks and 4 weeks as the 4 visits to view,calculate the neck disability index(NDI),TCM syndrome score and visual analogue scale(VAS),the data were processed by statistical software SPSS 17.0.Result:1.compared with before treatment,the treatment group and the control group each visit to view after treatment,neck disability index,TCM syndrome score and visual analogue score three indexes were significantly decreased,with statistical not difference(P<0.01).2.after 4 weeks of treatment,compared with control group,treatment group,neck disability index(NDI)was significant difference(p>0.05),while the treatment group symptom scores and visual analog pain score fell significantly,there were significant differences.3.after 4 weeks of treatment,the cure effective and effective rate of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis is effective,whether the dragon and tiger warring acupuncture method or reinforcing and smoothing acupuncture method can alleviate the symptoms of cervical spondylosis.2.compared with the method of reinforcing and smoothing acupuncture,the method of dragon and tiger warring acupuncture has better effect on the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis,but there is no significant difference between the two acupuncture techniques in improving the index of cervical dysfunction.
