Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Fu?s Needle In The Treatment Of The Neck Type Cervical Spondylopathy

Objective: The neck type cervical spondylopathy is the initial stage of all kinds of cervical spondylosis.Timely and effective treatment at early stage is a useful means to prevent the deterioration of the disease.Herein,the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with floating acupuncture in the treatment of the neck type cervical spondylopathy was studied.The treatment mechanism was discussed to provide the basis for the effective treatment of the neck type cervical spondylopathy.Methods: 68 patients with the neck type cervical spondylopathy from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.These patients were divided into control group(acupuncture group,n = 34)and(acupuncture combined with floating acupuncture group,n=34)treatment group with a strict randomized controlled clinical research method.The control group acupunctured for 30 minutes,once a day.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the 1st,3rd and5 th day,and the Fu ? s needle treatment was performed on the 2nd,4th and 6th days respectively.Both control group and treatment group were treated continuously for 6 days and 1 day off.After 2 weeks of treatment,the simplified McGiLL pain scale(MPQ),visual analogical grading(VAS)and neck pain scale(NPQ)were used to estimate the effect of treatment.Finally,Excel software was applied to manage the data,and SPSS21.0was employed for statistical analysis.Results: Before treatment,the sex,age and course of disease,The indexes of VAS,simplified MPQ and NPQ were compared between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was no statistical significance.After treatment,the comparation of VAS,simplified MPQ and NPQ were conducted between and within the two groups(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion: The symptoms of pain and dysfunction of the neck type cervical spondylopathy can be improved through treatment both control group and treatment group,which is help to patients' quality of life.However,the combination of acupuncture and floating acupuncture group was more obvious than the acupuncture group.
