Clinical Study On Baoxin Qiancocoon Oral Liquid Treating Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Baoxin Qiancocoon oral liquid combined with Western medicine guidelines in the treatment of chronic heart failure,so as to provide new ideas and strategies for the treatment of chronic heart failure by Baoxin Qiancocoon oral liquid.Methods: 80 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method: the control group(n=40)received Western medicine treatment guidelines,while the experimental group(n=40)received Baoxin silkworm cocoons oral liquid combined therapy.BNP,TCM symptom score,NYHA cardiac function grade and LVEF were scored and statistically compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The comparative analysis of general data showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,there were significant improvements in cardiac function grading distribution,TCM symptom score and BNP,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups showed that the improvement effect of experimental group was better than control group in TCM symptom score,TCM symptom efficacy grade and BNP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in LVEF between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in safety indexes between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusions:1.Baoxin Qiancocoon oral liquid combined with Western medicine has obvious curative effect on chronic heart failure,and has obvious influence on cardiac function,symptoms and BNP;2.Improve the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure and delay or prevent the occurrence of complications through the combination of Chinese and western medicine.
