| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Saffron Oral Liquid in the treatment of astringent balgham and brunt sawda types of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:In this study,80 patients with chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group,modern medicine conventional tretment as the control group,The experimental group was treated with western conventional tretment and Compound Saffron Oral Liquid.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.After one course of treatment,the efficiency and safety of Compound Saffron Oral Liquid were evaluated and analyzed by observing uyghur medicine syndrome score,classification of NYHA heart function,6minute walk test,heart ultrasound measured left ventricular election fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter,BNP before and after the treatment.Results:1.Therapeutic index:(1)there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment on uyghur medicine syndrome score,classification of NYHA heart function,6minute walk test,BNP(P >0.05),Comparison within group before and after treatment of those four index were statistically significant(P <0.05);Comparison between groups after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05);the difference between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05);And the treatment group was significantly efficient than the control group(P <0.05);(2)LVEF: there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment on LVEF(P >0.05);Comparison within groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05);Comparison between groups after treatment were no statistically significant(P <0.05);the difference between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05);And the treatment group was significantly efficient than the control group(P <0.05);(3)LVEDD,LVESD: there were no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).There were no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P >0.05).There were no significant difference between the reduced value of two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in LVEDD and LVESD between the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment(P <0.05).2.The two body fluid types of the experimental group,namely brunt sawda and astringent balgham,were compared,and there were no significant difference(P >0.05).3.In terms of safety indicators,there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,liver function,kidney function,myocardial enzyme,electrocardiogrambefore and after treatment in the two groups.Conclution: 1.The combination of Compound Saffron Oral Liquid and western medicine conventional tretment can improve uyghur medicine syndrome,heart function,left ventricular ejection fraction,exercise tolerance and quality of life of CHF patients,and have a positive impact on the prognosis of the disease.2.There was no adverse reaction during the use of Compound Saffron Oral Liquid,it can be used safely in clinic. |
