Objective:To detect neuroendocrine factors Angâ…¡, BNP, ET-1, pathology, echocardiography, myocardial enzymes of model rat of chronic heart failure, and discusse the mechanism of baoxin particles in treating chronic heart failure. To evaluate the preventive and treatment effect of baoxin particles to the disease of chronic heart failure.Methods:Taken100SD rats and adaptive fed for one week, then randomly divided into model group, control group, blank group, the high-dose group, middle-dose group and low-dose group. To establish chronic heart failure model in rats by intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin, then baoxin particles groups were given relevant dose of medicine, the control group was given enalapril, and the blank group and model group were given water for four weeks. Then detected neuroendocrine factors Angâ…¡, BNP, ET-1, pathology, echocardiography, myocardial enzymes by ELISA.The results:Ang II, ET-1levels of model group higher than the other groups, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05); Compared with blank group, Ang II, ET-1levels of treatment group and control group Compared with blank group has no statistically significance (P>0.05), compared with the model group, Ang II, ET-1levels of treatment group and control group Compared with blank group has has statistically significance model group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Baoxin particles can improve cardiac function, reduce blood BNP, Ang II, ET-1levels, inhibit excessive activation of neuroendocrine factors, reverse ventricular remodeling and promote CHF recovery.
