| ObjectsTo observe the clinical effect of Milrinone combined with Xintong Oral Liquid in the treatment of Congestive heart failure. Methods92 patients with Congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the treating group(46 people) and control group(46 people), all patients received the routine treatment of diuretics and angiotensin converting enzyme orally. Patients in the treating group received the treatment of Milrinone combined with Xintong Oral Liquid and those in the control group received the treatment of Milrinone. The indicators of clinical effect, Plasma NT-BNP, Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter value and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were evaluated. At the meantime, the index of the function of the liver and kidney were performed. ResultClinical efficacy of the total efficient combination group was obviously higher than that of Milrinone group, two groups compare difference was statistically significant(63% vs. 82.6%, P < 0.05).After two courses(6 weeks) after treatment compared with before treatment, combination and Milrinone group left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) levels were significantly increased, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05); Combination group than Milrinone LVEF increased more obviously, comparing differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After two courses(6 weeks) after treatment, combination and Milrinone group N terminal blood b-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) NT- pro markedly reduced, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),Combination group than Milrinone plasma NT- BNP drops more apparent, comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Combination group and Milrinone left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVD) before and after treatment no significant change.Combination group and Milrinone indicators of liver and kidneys in there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment.ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of the Milrinone combined with Xintong Oral Liquid is superior to Milrinone for treating the Congestive heart failure. |
