Clinical Study Of Jieyu Qingxin Granule Combined With Acupuncture On Pattients With Post Stroke Depression And Sleep Disorder

ObjectiveBy looking at Jieyu Qingxin Granule combined with acupuncture and mirtazapine tablets on post-stroke depression(Post-stroke ’PSD)sleep disorders(Liver depression and blood deficiency type)in patients with clinical curative effect,And the changes of the neurological deficit score(NIHSS),Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),polysomodulation(PSG)and other indicators of the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and safety of Jieyu Qingxin granule combined with acupuncture on post-stroke depressive sleep disorder(liver depression and blood deficiency type)were objectively evaluated.MethodsThe study with the method of random grouping,selected the regarding Lu ’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2022 and December 2022,60 patients hospitalized with a diagnosis of PSD merger sleep disorders(Liver depression and blood deficiency type)patients as the research object,and divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group,the total treatment duration of 6 weeks.Both groups received conventional stroke treatment such as anti-platelet aggregation,lipid-regulating and plaque stabilizing,blood pressure and blood glucose control.Control group: mirtazapine tablets(30mg/ tablet Huayu Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.)take half a tablet once a day,half an hour before going to bed.Observation group: Jieyu Qingxin Granule combined with acupuncture :(1)Jieyu Qingxin Granule(traditional Chinese medicine formula particles,production GMP of Jiren Pharmaceutical:AH20160363),to take,one dose daily,divided in the morning and evening;(2)Acupuncture was given once a day,6 times a week.The NIHSS score,HAMD score,PSG(parameter)score,PSQI score,TCM syndrome score,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)levels,blood routine,liver and kidney function and other safety indicators were observed and recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.According to the table value of each scale,the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of acupuncture and medicine on this disease were analyzed and evaluated.Results1 TCM syndrome score and curative effect: in terms of TCM syndrome score,compared with before treatment,the scores of the two groups were reduced,and the reduction degree of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);Efficacy: observation group total effective rate 86.7%,control group is60.0%;The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2 Neurological function: After 6 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of neurological deficit in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the observation group had more advantages in promoting the recovery of neurological function in patients(P<0.05).3 Depression and insomnia symptoms: After 6 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of depression and insomnia were improved(P<0.05),but the two treatment schemes had the same improvement effect on the symptoms of depression and insomnia(P>0.05).4 Laboratory indicators: In the intra-group comparison,the serum IL-6 and TNF-αcontents of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatment regimens can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in the body.ConclusionsJieyu Qingxin granule combined with acupuncture and mirtazapine tablet respectively in the treatment of patients with PSD sleep disorders,after efficacy evaluation,the combination of acupuncture and medication has more advantages in improving the symptoms of liver depression and blood deficiency and neurological function;In terms of improving symptoms such as depression and insomnia and reducing inflammatory response,the clinical effect of the combination of acupuncture and medication is equivalent to that of mirtazapine tablets,However,the incidence of side effects of acupuncture combined with medication was significantly lower than that of mirtazapine tablets.This study confirmed that Jieyu Qingxin granule combined with acupuncture can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients with PSD sleep disorders,but also has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
