The Study On Clinical Efficacy Of Jieyu Anshen Acupuncture Combined With Drug Therapy In Patients With Post-stroke Depression

Objective:To intervene the patients with Post-Stroke Depression(PSD)by "Jieyu Anshen'" acupuncture combined with Sertraline,and observing its clinical effect,and evaluating the clinical value of "Jieyu Anshen" acupuncture combined with Sertraline in the treatment of PSD,so as to provide a preliminary scientific basis for optimizing the treatment scheme of PSD.Methods:70 patients with PSD were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional medicine and rehabilitation therapy.The experimental group was treated with"Jieyu Anshen" acupuncture plus oral Sertraline on the basis of routine treatment,and the acupuncture treatment selected Baihui,Shenting,SishenCong,Neiguan,Hegu,Taichong were treated for 30 minutes each time,6 times a week for 4 weeks,The control group was treated with Sertraline on the basis of routine treatment.The initial dose was 25mg each time,1 times a day after breakfast,the dosage to 50mg on the third day,and to 75mg after a week,4 weeks of continuous treatment.Two groups of patients were evaluated before intervention,2 weeks after intervention and 4 weeks after intervention.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24)and Zung's Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the degree of depression.The sleep quality of the patients was evaluated by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI).The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)was used to evaluate neurological deficits in patients,and the patients' daily living ability was evaluated by the Modified Barthel Index scale(MBI),and plasma cortisol(Cort)content was measured in patients with blood test.The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software tool.Result:1.After 2 weeks of treatment,in the HAMD-24 score,SDS score and plasma Cort content,the test group compared with the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group compared with the same group before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the test group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the PSQI score,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant compared with the same group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).In terms of NIHSS score and MBI score,there was no significant difference between the two groups compared with the same group before treatment(P>0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,in the HAMD-24 score,SDS score,PSQI score,NIHSS score,MBI score and plasma Cort content,the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with the same group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with the control group.Conclusion:The combination of" Jie Yu Anshen" acupuncture combined with Sertraline can obviously relieve the depressive symptoms of PSD patients,improve the quality of sleep and nerve function defect of the patients,promote the rehabilitation of the patients' nerve function,improve the daily living ability of the patients,and reduce the plasma Cort content.It haves certain clinical application value.
