The Clinical Study Of ShuGan JieYu Acupuncture Treatment To The Nerve Function Of Post Stroke Depression In Effection

Objective:To observe ShuGan JieYu Acupuncture Treatment to Post Stroke Depression, and evaluate whether the treatment of antidepressiv to Post Stroke Depression is better than conventional acupuncture treatment in clinical efficacy.Method:Put the78patients with PSD who fit the inclusion criteria into two groups at random, according to the doctor order. All of the patients in the two groups will be treated with their original disease.74cases accomplish finally. Among which37patients were regarded as control group, take the conventional acupoint such as JianYu, QuChi, ShouSanLi, YangLingQuan, ZuSanLi, FengLong, XuanZhong, etc. Another37cases as experiment group will be theated on the basis of the control group, combined with ShuGan JieYu acupuncture therapy in addition,choose the acupoint as follow: SiShenCong,NeiGuan, TaiChong, SanYinJiao. Compare with the integral of HAMD, MSSS and ADL before and after the treatment and observe the clinical effect between the two groups.Result:1.Compare the two groups with themselves about the integral of HAMD, MSSS and ADL before and after the treatment, there are extraordinary difference between them(P<0.01).2.Compare the integral of HAMD and MSSS in the two groups, there seems to be significant difference (P<0.05) after the treatment,while the integral comparison of ADL showed no significant difference (P>0.05).3.Compare with the differential value of the integral before and after treatment about the three meters between the two groups, the consequence shows that the experiment group can improve depression, the lesioned nerve and ability of daily life better (P<0.05).4.The result of correlation analysis show that the differential value of the integral in HAMD、 MSSS and ADL are pairwise correlation.Conclusion:The Treatment of ShuGan JieYu can not only improve the state of depression in patients with PSD, but also promote to repair the lesioned nerve and help to improve the ability of daily life. The study indicates that there is no unhealthy response. It is avail for the spread and exploitation in clinic.
