The Study On Depression Syndrome Rules And The Clinical Effect Research Of Jieyu Qingxin Anshen Decoction

1. The research on syndrome:Objective:1. In this study,354cases of patients with Depression Syndrome areobserved to investigate the syndrome’s influencing factors, clinical characteristics, TCMpathogenesis and the major clinical manifestations.2. To explore the effect of JieyuQingxin Anshen tang intervening the depression of gan huo rao xin type.Methods:1. Analyze the constituent ratio of depression of all354depression casesand summarize the epidemiology of depression to figure out the influencing factors ofdepression.2. Apply the depression checklist (SDS) to analyze the distribution of degree ofdepression. Apply the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Pittsburgh Sleep QualityIndex Scale (PSQI) and anxiety checklist (SAS) to analyze the accompanied sleepdisorders and anxiety situation.3. Develop a clinical symptoms observed table to sum upthe major depression symptoms and pathogenesis.4.Devide all120cases into JieyuQingxin Anshen Decoction treatment group(60cases) and Xiaoyaosan Decoction controlgroup(60cases); make a treatment for12weeks and a follow-up visit for six months,assessing score with "syndromes of depression clinical observation table", SDS, SAS,PSQI.Results:1.There are354cases of depression in total, aged from17to80with themean age of40.12±14.27years old;59.3%are women;85.3%are with the educationlevel of secondary schools and universities；Staff members account for43.7%； marriedpersons account for66.9%; the irritable persons account for62.7%and the introvertaccounted for55.9%, perfectionists account for53.1%; people with an income less than3000per month account for72.8%; people suffered from pressure of work account for 31.6%.2. People with difficulty of falling asleep, lack of deep sleep and early morningawakening account for55.3%; mental anxiety people account for74.0%; people with mildand moderate depression account for91.8%.3. Gan huo rao xin type is the most popularsyndrome which accounts for33.1%. And there are21major symptoms and give priorityto the mental symptoms.4. The results of the comparison between the total effective rateand scale score:(1) The TCM syndromes and the scale score total efficiency at eachtreatment time point: there is a significant difference (P<0.05) since the8th week of thetreatment.(2)The SDS, SAS, PSQI total effective scale and scale score comparison at eachtreatment time point: P<0.05, indicating there was a significant difference.（3）There is asignificant difference (P<0.05) for the adoption of psychological treatment on SAS andSDS effective rate.Conclusions：1.The majority of the patients were young and middle-aged womenamong the354case. Staff members with great work pressure had a high morbidity rate.People who have personality of inferiority, impatience, impulsive and the perfectionistshave a high susceptibility. Most patients have negative events as incentives.2. Theimprovement of psychological treatment for depression symptoms are obvious, especiallythe release of anxiety situation.3. The results show that Jie Yu Qingxin Anshen Decoctionis effective and its treatment of depression is reliable.
