The Clinical Observation Of Phlegm Jieyu Acupuncture Treatment Of Post-Stroke Pression

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of "Phlegm Jieyu" acupuncture method in treating of post-stroke depression (PSD).Methods:This test choose patients with post stroke depression.Divide patients into the control group,the use of simple drug treatment.and the teat group,on the basis of drug treatment in phlegm jieyu acupuncture method. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by HAMD,MESSS, and BI.Results:1.Compare scores of HAMD scale before and after treatment,this is great statistic difference between two groups (P<0.05),indicating that two methods both can bettering patients depression.2.Compare scores of HAMD scale after treatment,this is great statistic difference between two groups (P<0.05),indicating that curative effect of phlegm jieyu acupuncture method is better.3.Compare scores of Neurological deficit scale and BI Index scale after treatment,this is great statistic difference between two groups (P<0.05),indicating that phlegm jieyu acupuncture group is superior to the simple drug group.Conclusion:1.Phlegm jieyu acupuncture method can improve the symptoms of patients suffered depression.2.Phlegm jieyu acupuncture method has significant effect on post stroke depression and the ability of independence living.
