Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylopathy Of Vertebral Artery Type With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:This study used randomized controlled method to observe the changes of ESCV,VAS,HAMA scores and clinical effective rate of acupuncture combined with acupoint application in patients with CSA of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,so as to provide new ideas and new ways for clinical intervention of CSA of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,so as to play a guiding role in future clinical practice.Methods:72 patients with CSA of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group(simple acupuncture group)and observation group(acupuncture combined with acupoint application group).Both groups were treated with routine acupuncture,but the observation group was treated with acupoint application at cervical Jiaji and bilateral Tianzhu after acupuncture treatment.Both groups were treated once a day,6 days a week,30 minutes each time,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application for 4 hours after the end of treatment.The changes of ESCV,VAS,HAMA scores and effective rate before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was finally evaluated and analyzed,and the conclusions were drawn.Results:(1)Comparison before treatment: there were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,ESCV,VAS and HAMA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(2)Comparison after treatment: compared before treatment,the VAS and HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the ESCV score was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement of ESCV,VAS and HAMA scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).(3)Clinical efficacy: the effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%,which was better than 80.6% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For CSA of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,acupuncture combined with acupoint application and simple acupuncture both have certain curative effect,but the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application is better,and it has the advantages of green safety,low price,high patient acceptance,wide audience and good curative effect,which is worthy of clinical use.
