Purpose: Observing the curative effect of manipulation for finger-pressing and moving joint on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylopathy (CSA).Method: The research method is to divide the patients (70cases) who meet CSA diagnostic criteria into two groups randomly: manipulation for finger-pressing and moving joint as treatment group (35cases) while massage and traction as control group (35cases). We wanted to observe the cervical vertigo symptom and functional accumulated points, positive sign, x-ray for both groups on anteroposterior treatment time. Results: The curative effect of manipulation for treatment group on CSA is much better than the effect of control group (P<0.05). Our manipulations can significantly improve cervical vertigo symptom and function (P<0.01), release muscle spasm (P<0.01), to adjust disorder of cervical vertebra (P<0.01).Conclusion: Manipulation for finger-pressing and moving joint is one of effective treatment for CSA. was to adjust disorder of cervical vertebra via releasing muscle spasm, the clinical therapeutic effect occurred. |
