Objectives This clinical efficacy observation through the examination of a large number of literature combined with clinical experience, the use of meridian acupuncture manipulation of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).By discussing the mechanism of acupuncture treatment, observing the differences in pain relief and improvement of function,it is clinically simple and safe to reduce the symptoms associated with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods According to the criteria of "Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine" and "Diagnostic Efficacy Standards for TCM Syndrome",62 patients were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,31 cases each. Both groups received acupuncture treatment of Dazhui,Tianzhu(double),cervical vertebrae, and Houxi(double). The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Ziwuyan, and the control group was treated with general acupuncture.8 courses of treatment(5 days for each course of treatment,2 days per week),and the TCM symptoms of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis symptoms and functional evaluation scores before and after treatment The SF-36 quality of life table was scored, and an Excel table data record library was established. The statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS22.0 to draw conclusions. Results 1 TCM symptom observation score: The scores of TCM symptom observations of both groups showed a rising trend after acupuncture treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2 In terms of clinical signs and symptoms, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the pre-treatment headache group(P>0.05).The other symptoms were consistent at the baseline;and the symptoms were alleviated after 8 courses of acupuncture treatment. The patients in the treatment group were superior to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 In the trend of SF-36 scale change, the scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher before the enrollment and after the acupuncture treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)..4 The clinical efficacy rate of the two groups after the completion of acupuncture treatment: In many aspects, the scores of the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions 1 Acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)can alleviate the relevant clinical symptoms of patients, promote the gradual recovery of function, and further improve the quality of life of patients;2 Ziwu spur method for the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical vertebrae The effect of disease(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)is more significant, but in terms of improving headache, the two methods are more difficult to compare;3 in practice, using Ziwu acupuncture to treat vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis(qi stagnation and blood stasis)Type)is a method that is effective, simple, and safe.Table 8;Reference 95...
