Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Cervical Spondylosis By Single Acupoint And Acupoint Compatibility

Objective: Observation and comparison of the Optimum Combination of Single Point and Acupoint Selected by Data Mining Technology therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,To explore the mechanism of Fengchi point and Baihui point in treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,To draw conclusions and guide clinical practice.Methods:72 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(acupoint compatibility)and control group(single acupoint)36 cases each received for acupuncture treatment,The location of acupoints refers to the textbook "Meridians and acupoints science" of the 13 th Five-Year Plan of Higher Education in the Chinese Medicine Industry.The treatment group was Fengchi acupoint and Baihui acupoint,while the control group was Fengchi acupoint.The two groups were treated with simple acupuncture of Pingbu Pingxie manipulation,Once every 10 minutes,30 minutes,once a day,10 days as a course of treatment,Before and after the course of treatment,patients were assessed with the Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Functional Assessment Scale for symptom score before and after treatment.Results:1.The highest frequency acupoint was selected as Fengchi acupoint by data mining technology is fengchi point,Through correlation analysis,the highest frequency acupoint compatibility is Fengchi acupoint with Baihui acupoint.2.By SPSS17.0 test,there was no difference in the general data of age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(p>0.05).3.Comparing with the symptom integral scale,the acupoint compatibility group and the single acupoint group had differences before and after treatment(p<0.05),indicating that there was statistical significance.4.There was no difference between acupoint compatibility group and single acupointgroup before treatment(p>0.05);there was statistical significance after treatment(p<0.05).5.The scores of symptoms in acupoint compatibility group and single acupoint group had statistical significance before and after treatment(p<0.05).6.After treatment,acupoint compatibility group had obvious advantages over single acupoint group in improving vertigo degree,frequency and duration(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the treatment of neck and shoulder pain,headache,daily life and work,psychosocial adaptation(p> 0.05).7.The total effective rate of acupoint compatibility group was 88%,and that of single acupoint group was 72%.There was statistical significance between the two groups.8.TCD test showed that the VA and BA values of acupoint compatibility group and single acupoint group were significantly improved before and after treatment,with statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The overall curative effect of Fengchi acupoint combined with Baihui acupoint is better than that of single needling Fengchi acupoint.2.Fengchi acupoint combined with Baihui acupoint has fewer acupoints for the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,and the curative effect is definite,which can be extended to clinical application.
