| Objective1.Through the Qu Yuan acupoint(both side)Pricking Bloodletting plus acupuncture needle neck 3(specifically,Tianzhu point J point,"Dazhu")the treatment of blood stasis type of cervical spondylosis of clinical trial and to observe its clinical curative effect,to explore the feasibility of Qu Yuan acupoint pricking blood stagnation and blood stasis and improvement mechanism of Quyuan with neck acupoints three needle treatment of cervical spondylosis.MethodIn this study,64 cases of cervical spondylosis patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis were selected from Malaysia traditional Chinese medicine clinic.The subjects were purchased envelopes and made 64 small cards of the same size and shape,according to 1,2,3,......63 and 64 are sequentially numbered,and mark the random number on the card,the provisions of odd for the treatment group(receiving acupoint bloodletting group Qu Yuan),even as control group(receiving neck three needle acupuncture group),so that each is included in the research group were selected out of the card,once not back,64 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,group 32 cases and control group 32 cases.The treatment group selected Qu Yuan acupoint,after routine disinfection,the use of three edged needle,needle alignment Quyuan point prick techniques of piercing the skin quickly,according to the tolerance of patients quickly thorn 5 ~ 6 times,to pierce the capillaries of the needle,immediately,with the conventional cupping technique,the cupping bloodletting in Yu medium on the point,to ensure the position in the prick cupping 5 minutes after the middle of indwelling tank,with a cotton ball to wipe the blood stasis.The subjects prone,fully exposed points,after routine disinfection,with 0.30 x 25 mm needle Tianzhu,J,Dazhu into 0.5-0.8 inch climate for reinforcing reducing method,the average of every 10 minutes using reinforcing reducing a time line,after the second needle needle.A total treatment time of 25-30 minutes.The control group subjects prone,fully exposed points,after routine disinfection,with 0.30 x 25 mm needle Tianzhu,J,Dazhu into 0.5-0.8 inch climate for reinforcing reducing method,the average of every 10 minutes using reinforcing reducing a time line,after the second needle needle.A total treatment time of 25-30 minutes.The treatment group and the control group were treated 2 times a week,4 weeks for a course of treatment.The therapeutic effects of 1 courses and 1 months after treatment were observed.The patients were followed up for 3 months after the treatment,and the recurrence rate was counted.The recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group were counted.NPQ neck pain scale and VAS pain score table were used for scoring,and statistical software SPSS19.0 was used to process the data.Results1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,NPQ neck pain score and VAS pain score between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05);2.The treatment group and the control group treatment effect is more significant,two groups of subjects neck discomfort clinical symptoms have improved significantly,and the two groups after treatment results are different(P < 0.05),the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.3.There were significant differences in clinical symptoms between two groups after treatment and 1 months after treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.4.The recurrence rate of the two groups was compared,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.ConclusionThe experimental results show that the acupuncture point bloodletting at the meridian point combined with acupuncture neck three needle and simple acupuncture neck three needle treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of cervical spondylosis has a certain effect,but the former effect is significantly better than the latter.Pricking blood therapy can not only slow the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis,but also fundamentally improve qi stagnation and blood stasis,fully reflect the overall concept of Chinese medicine,but also the core idea of the overall treatment and local treatment throughout the treatment process.The Chinese medicine acupuncture as a cultural heritage and treasures,can play a role in the view of the whole and local symptoms,but also reduce the side effects of drugs,drug treatment in the process of viscera load through the stomach to digest the drugs and liver detoxification drugs,patients can easily accept easily with.Therefore,pricking blood combined with acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis is a feasible and effective treatment program,with high clinical value,worthy of further clinical research and promotion.. |
