| Purpose: In this study, through clinical observation of patients treated with post-stroke limb numbness by well point bloodletting combined with acupoint injection, the changes of sensory disturbance score,BI score,VAS score and Fugl-Meyer score before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical efficacy of well point bloodletting combined with acupoint injection group and conventional acupuncture group on post-stroke limb numbness was compared. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of well point bloodletting combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of post-stroke limb numbness,in order to provide a better treatment plan for post-stroke limb numbness. Methods: 60 patients with limb numbness after stroke were selected and divided into 30 cases of routine acupuncture group(control group)and 30 cases of well point bloodletting combined with acupoint injection group(treatment group)by completely random design. The treatment was performed once every other day,for each course of treatment in 6 days, for 4 consecutive courses. After 4 courses of treatment,VAS score, sensory impairment score,BI score and Fugl-Meyer score were analyzed. Results: 1.After treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were decreased, and the decrease was more obvious in the well point bloodletting combined with point injection group. After treatment, sensory disturbance scores,BI scores and Fugl-Meyer scores were increased in the two groups, and the increases were more obvious in the well point bloodletting combined with point injection group, with significant differences(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of the well point blood-letting combined with acupoint injection group was 89.66%,and that of the conventional treatment group was 72.41%,as analyzed P<0.05.Conclusion: 1.Well point bloodletting combined with acupoint injection and routine acupuncture can improve the effect of treating limbs numbness after stroke.2.Well point bloodletting combined with acupoint injection is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving numbness of limbs after stroke;Well point bloodletting combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of post-stroke limb numbness is worthy of clinical application. |
