| Objective:This study selected Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection acupoint injection,to observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint injection combined with acupuncture for the treatment of heart kidney incoordination insomnia,to further improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment of insomnia of heart kidney disharmony.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria of insomnia patients with simple random grouping method,were randomly divided into two groups:acupoint injection combined with acupuncture treatment group(treatment group)and acupuncture treatment group(control group),treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group used traditional acupuncture treatment method.Take Yintang Sishencong Shenmen Sanyinjiao Taixi according to the sea;the needle for 30 minutes,a needle to Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection acupoint injection of bilateral Shenmen,Sanyinjiao,Taixi three points a week.Acupuncture treatment 6 times,Sunday rest.Acupoint injection therapy 3 times a week,1 times a day,Sunday rest.The control group used the traditional needle treatment method,Take Yintang Sishencong Shenmen Sanyinjiao Taixi according to the sea;the needle for 30 minutes a week,acupuncture treatment 6 times,Sunday rest.Treatment period in the two groups were 2 weeks for 1 courses,2 courses were observed.Before the treatment,the assessment with Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale for the completion of a course during and after the treatment,the two groups of patients before treatment,treatment completion of a course of treatment,compare the sleep changes after treatment,to collect the data needed to study,organize to establish database,statistical analysis of data using statistical software,the results were discussed,and summarize the experience.Results:By the end of 3,after 2 courses of treatment,two groups of patients with insomnia symptoms were improved,at the end of 1 courses of treatment of two groups of PSQI scale score decreased obviously after statistical analysis showed no significant difference,when the 2 course of treatment in all two groups at the end of the PSQI scale score decreased obviously,the two groups before treatment,after treatment,PSQI score difference between the statistical analysis of P values were less than 0.01;two groups of treatment has obvious curative effect,treatment group,control group total effective rate was 93.33%,83.33%.of two groups after treatment PSQI score by statistical analysis P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control groupConclusion:Acupoint injection combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of insomnia with heart kidney failure. |
