The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Point Injection Treating Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective:After observation the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point injection therapy and acupuncture in the treatment of herpes zoster intercostals neuralgia of the recent curative effect and treatment time,provide new treatment for the disease.Methods:The group of 40 patients were divided into two groups of 20 patients according to simple digital randomization.Treatment group with acupuncture with point injection therapy,acupuncture and acupoint injection of regional centers of between lateral rib pain by corresponding clip ridge,and contains a longitudinal adjacent two clip ridge.Acupuncture for 30 min,row needle spacing for 10 min,row needle length 1 min,after needle acupuncture point injection,choose medicine for dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection of 0.5 mL(1 mL:5 mg),2%lidocaine injection of 0.5 mL(5 mL:0.1 g),vitamin B12 injection 1 mL(1 mL:0.5 mg),single phosphate for injection vidarabine 1(specification:0.1 g/branch),sterilizing water for injection I mL(specification:2 mL/).1 ml per hole,1 time per day,1 week of treatment,2 sessions.The control group was given the treatment of simple acupuncture and acupuncture,which was treated with acupuncture and acupuncture.One session per day for 1 week and 2 sessions.In two groups of patients before and after treatment were records of visual analogue scale(VAS),the change of the McGill pain points,to evaluate the curative effect,record the treatment of patients with two groups of cure days,to assess the treatment time.Results:The comparison of VAS scores before and after treatment was significant(P is less than 0.01);The comparison of VAS scores in the control group was significantly different(P than 0.01).The VAS scores were no different(P?0.05),indicating that the treatment group was similar to the control group in pain relief.The total effectiveness of the treatment group(100.00%)was significantly higher than the control group(95.00%),and the two groups were no different(P=0.05),suggesting the treatment group was similar to the control group.The average duration of treatment for the treated group was 8.11 days,compared with 12.14 days for the control group.The average treatment duration of the two groups of cured patients was compared,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the average treatment time for the patients in the treatment group was less than the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture and acupoints injection are treated by acupuncture and acupuncture therapy.Acupuncture and acupoint injection can effectively shorten the treatment period of neuralgia after herpes zoster.
