Clinical Observation Of The Combined Treatment Of Electro-acupuncture And Point Injection For Dysphagia After Stroke

Objective: Observe curative effect of the combined treatment ofelectro-Acupuncture and point injection for dysphagia after stroke,and compared with ordinary acupuncture control group. From twogroups of swallowing function to improve the situation, to explorethe advantages, feasibility and clinical significance of thecurative effect for swallowing disorder after stroke. Provide aconvenient, economical, good curative effect of treatment forclinical stroke patients.Methods:60patients with swallowing disorder after stroke is HubeiProvince Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient and inpatient,conforms to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this studyincluded in the standard,were randomly divided into treatment group(electric acupuncture plus point injection) and the control group(normal acupuncture). Electrical stimulation treatment group takebilateral temporal front slash down2/5, strongly stimulatedlianquan.Baihui,Shuigou,Neiguan,Sanyingjiao take conventionalacupuncture. According to clinical classification respectivelywith the acupuncture point,the variety of wind phlegm fire in portincrease Fenglong Taichong; The wind fire disturbance increaseTaichong Taixi; The wind phlegm blood stasis blocking increaseFenglong Xuehai; Phlegm wet god increase Fenglong Yinlingquan； Qi deficiency and blood stasis increase Qihai Xuehai;Yin deficiencyof pneumatic increase Taixi Zhaohai. After acupuncture, take2ml of compound angelicainjection in0.9%sodium chloride injection2ml, double sideshenshu point injection, neck5clip ridge point, each acupuncturepoint injection of1ml, the control group using conventional findcommon acupuncture therapy, acupuncture is given priority to withflat or flat,1times a day,10days for a period of treatment, atotal of three courses of treatment.Results:1WaTian’s drinking water test as the evaluation standardsof swallowing disorders: treatment group total effectiveness93.33%,80.00%than the control group, the rank and inspection,curative effects between the two groups was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).2Compared the two groups before treatment WaTian’s drinking watertest score had no significant difference (p>0.05), comparable.In the two groups before and after treatment WaTian’s drinking watertest score had significant difference (p <0.01), the treatmentgroup after treatment compared with the control group withsignificant difference.3Two groups of patients with dysphagia rating scale scorecomparison before and after the treatment, two groups of dysphagiarating scale score before and after the treatment are thesignificant difference (p <0.01), the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group with significantdifference.4Standard swallowing function evaluation method (SSA) scorecomparison: total two groups before treatment standards forswallowing function integral, there were no significant differenceon comparable. Compare two groups after treatment the totalintegral, integral treatment group is less than the control group(P <0.05), the two groups before and after treatment differenceis statistically significant (P <0.05), the treatment group isbetter than the control group on the improvement of the swallowingfunction.Conclusion: electric acupuncture swallowing disorder after strokewith point injection therapy compared with common acupuncturetherapy, treatment group total effective rate was higher than thecontrol group, and the treatment group of SSA improved integral weresuperior to control group, including instructions with pointinjection treatment of dysphagia after stroke curative effect issuperior to the ordinary acupuncture treatment, is worth promotingin the clinical practice.
