With the proposal of the Healthy China strategy,the National Health Commission has clearly pointed out that it is necessary to do a solid job in the training of medical staff and pay attention to the education of professional quality and humanistic care of medical staff and students in clinical teaching.It is necessary to strengthen the continuing education of medical students,train the humanistic quality education concept of doctors,improve the post competence,and enhance the humanistic spirit,sense of responsibility and pride of medical students.Nowadays,with the development of modern medical system and social environment,humanistic quality education of medical students has been seriously challenged.In the current society,the traditional biomedical model has been transformed to the "bio-psycho-social" medical model,which promotes human beings to explore life in a comprehensive and systematic way and to solve medical problems from a social and psychological perspective.China has also established a modern medical model in line with China’s national conditions.Xi jinping pointed out that to build a healthy China,we should establish a "big health concept" and "big health concept",and shift the focus from treating diseases to focusing on people’s health,focusing on the life cycle and the whole process of health.In this process,medical students,as the main body of medical staff,their humanistic quality and professional spirit play an irreplaceable role in promoting the construction of healthy China strategy.Therefore,only by establishing the medical humanistic quality education system to meet the requirements of the new era and strengthening the humanistic spirit of medical students,can the transformation of medical mode centering on health be completed as soon as possible.In this paper,a questionnaire survey is conducted on medical students’ humanistic literacy,so as to grasp the current situation of medical students’ humanistic literacy education and provide new ideas and methods for better developing medical students’ humanistic literacy education.In this paper,literature analysis method,interdisciplinary analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods are used to sum up the common deficiencies in the humanistic literacy education of medical students in China at the emergence stage and put forward corresponding solutions.The second part states the basic theories of the healthy China strategy and humanistic literacy education for medical students.The third part sorted out the goals and requirements of humanistic literacy education for medical students under the background of Healthy China strategy,listed the requirements and planning of medical development under the healthy China strategy through the interpretation of the policy,and extracted the mandatory requirements of humanistic literacy education for medical students under the healthy China strategy.In the fourth part,questionnaire survey is used to summarize the following core problems existing in the humanistic literacy education of medical students in China: the educational concept of humanistic literacy of medical students needs to be improved,the setting of medical humanities courses needs to be improved,and the teaching force of medical and cultural integration needs to be strengthened.Then in the fifth part of the medical students in the humanities education problems are summarized and comb,and puts forward three solution paths:medical students humanities quality education should adapt to the requirement of health China strategy,medical humanities curriculum system should be set up in healthy Chinese strategic requirements of the construction,medical colleges and universities faculty construction should adapt to the strategy of China’s new health standard.The research field of healthy China strategy is broadened,which accords with the connotation of The Times and provides a new idea for the research of medical students’ humanistic literacy education. |
