Medical professionalism refers to career awareness, occupational attitude andoccupational emotion required in the process of curative activity of doctors. It is anunique professional belief formed in the process of long-term historic evolution ofmedicine. Currently, the tension between doctors and patients in our country hasalready become an inspirited issue in the medical circle. correspondingly, it isextremely urgent to carry out professionalism education centering on humanistic care.From perspective of medical students, strengthening the professionalism education alsoconforms to medical education reform. But how to cultivate, how to delivery, arealways challenge in medical education of our country and difficulties confronted byinternational educational circles.From the perspective of humane care, Medical professionalism efforts to explorethe new focal point, with the characteristics of medical education and teaching theoryfor the humane care and professionalism for medical students. We can point out the roleof humanistic care concept in the training of medical students in professionalism byanalyzing between internalization and externalization relations and transformationbetween subject and object, and then analyzing the current hot issues that affectingmedical professionalism training for medical students. such as: the impact of stressingon the doctor-patient relationship training for medical students, the impact of itstraditional medical education to medical students and the effects of the inherent qualityof the medical students themselves. At last, we discuss the current issues for medicalcolleges in the education of medical students professionalism exists proposedcountermeasures.
