Research On The Cultivation Of Humanistic Spirit Of Medical Students From The Perspective Of Cultural Self-confidence

Cultural self-confidence is the prosperity and continuation of a country and nation in the new era.It is the spiritual support of the broad masses of the people and an important force in shaping the ideology of young students.The medical humanistic spirit has taken people as the starting point and foothold since its inception,attached importance to the quality of life and the value of life,focused on the future health and happiness of mankind,and pursued the physical and mental health of human beings,aiming to achieve the relationship between man and nature and society.Harmonious interaction and continuous development.At present,the further development of the market economy,the invasion of diversified social thoughts and the emergence of many complex problemsin the medical service field make the cultivation of medical students' humanistic spirits face dilemmas.Based on this,medical colleges should use the power of culture to integrate the essence of Chinese culture and the essence of foreign culture into the cultivation of medical students' humanistic spirit,and provide strong spiritual support for medical students' humanistic spirit.This article focuses on the cultivation of medical students' humanistic spirit from the perspective of cultural self-confidence,clarifies the connotation and theoretical basis of cultural self-confidence and medical humanistic spirit,grasps the current status and predicament of the cultivation of medical students' humanistic spirit,and takes corresponding measures to solve problems.Difficulties and practical issues were considered and explored.The main content includes the following five parts:The first part is mainly to read and sort out a large number of relevant documents at home and abroad to form a literature review,open ideas for the cultivation of medical students' humanistic spirit from the perspective of cultural confidence,find innovative points,and find reasonable research methods.The second part is mainly to explain the basic concepts of the cultivation of medical students' humanistic spirit from the perspective of cultural self-confidence based on literature.Clearly define the connotation,basic content and theoretical basis of cultural self-confidence,medical humanistic spirit and the cultivation of medical students' humanistic spiritfrom the perspective of cultural self-confidence.The third part is mainly based on the understanding of the education and management experts and teachers of our school on the current status of medical students' humanistic spirit cultivation.The scientific and reasonable questionnaires are formulated from the perspectives of medical students' cognition,emotion and behavior,and medical humanistic spirit cultivation.Medical students from four representative medical colleges in Chongqing issued and collected questionnaires,and based on the survey results,they grasped the status of medical students' humanistic spirit cultivation.The fourth part is mainly to combine the relevant literature,from the cultivation concept,cultivation motivation,cultivation synergy,cultivation atmosphere and cultivation object,etc.,to explain the plight and reasons of the cultivation of medical students' humanistic spirit from the perspective of cultural self-confidence.The fifth part is mainly to explore the basic cultivation path from the aspects of implementing new educational concepts,improving medical humanities education,forming a joint education mechanism,creating a good humanistic environment,and strengthening the self-education of medical students.
