| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Zhiyi Prescription in the treatment of enuresis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type,comprehensively evaluate the safety of self-made prescription,and provide new treatment ideas for the treatment of enuresis.MethodsFrom December 2021 to August 2022,64 children with enuresis of lung and spleen qi deficiency who met the inclusion criteria in the pediatric outpatient department of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)by randomized controlled research method.Among them,the treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine self-made Zhiyifang Granules,and the control group was given oral Chinese patent medicine Suoquan Capsules,with four weeks as a course of treatment.Both groups were treated for one course of treatment,and both groups were required to cooperate with behavioral therapy during the medication period.The symptom scores of the two groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment were compared,and follow-up observation was performed 12 weeks after drug withdrawal.Finally,the TCM syndrome scores,disease efficacy and safety of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results1.A total of 64 children were included in this study,among which the treatment group one was excluded from the treatment of pneumonia,and the parents of the control group one were excluded from the failure to record the urination diary on time.2.After statistical analysis of the gender,age,enuresis time,main symptom score and secondary symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the two were comparable;3.In terms of total curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.10 %,which was better than that of the control group(74.20 %)(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the curative effect of the self-made Zhiyi prescription in the treatment of enuresis was better than that of Suoquan capsule.4.Comparison within the group : There were significant differences in the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups of drugs can improve the symptoms of enuresis,sleep depth,complexion,diet and so on.5.Comparison between groups:In terms of main symptoms,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of enuresis times(P>0.05),indicating that both groups of drugs could improve the enuresis times of children.In the improvement of sleep depth,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving sleep depth.In terms of secondary symptoms,there were statistically significant differences in the improvement of pale complexion,lassitude abnormal stool,poor appetite and sweating(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of pale complexion,lassitude and sweating.6.Recurrence rate:The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 14.29%,and that of the control group was 33.33%.By chi-square test,P=0.490(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that there was no significant difference in the recurrence of enuresis between the two groups.7.Safety evaluation:During the treatment,no adverse reactions and allergies occurred in the two groups of children.Blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function were also within the normal range.ConclusionThe use of Peitu Shengjin Kaiqiao method can improve the frequency of enuresis in children with enuresis,but in terms of sleep depth and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the curative effect of Zhiyi prescription is better than that of Suoquan capsule.It can be seen that Peitu Shengjin Kaiqiao method is effective in treating enuresis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type,which is worthy of clinical application. |
