Observation On The Effect Of Peitu Shengjin Method In The Treatment Of Infantile Chronic Cough By Massage

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Peitu Shengjin method in the treatment of infantile chronic cough,in order to further improve the clinical efficacy of massage therapy in the treatment of infantile chronic cough.Methods:From April 2020 to November 2020,60 children with chronic cough were treated in the massage clinic and pediatrics clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the method of random number table,the patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The control group adopted the treatment method of cough massage for internal injury of "cough" disease in the textbook "Pediatric Tuina" in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" for higher education in the Chinese medicine industry.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated by pushing the spleen meridian for a long time and increasing the operation of rubbing the abdomen.The two groups were treated continuously for 6 days,rest for 1 day as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The total score of TCM symptom rating scale and the symptom scores of TCM symptom rating scale before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,as well as the clinical effect of each group after treatment,and the observation results were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)The symptom scores and total symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms and the total scores of symptoms in the observation group decreased more significantly in the aspects of cough,expectoration,food intake,stool and the total score of symptoms(P < 0.05).The curative effect was similar in spontaneous sweating and fatigue,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)Among the 30 cases in the observation group,10 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.67%.Among the 30 cases in the control group,6 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was80.0%.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups,by rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant.(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Peitu Shengjin massage in the treatment of chronic cough in children is better than that of conventional massage,which is worth popularizing and using in the treatment of chronic cough in children,which is better than conventional massage in the treatment of chronic cough in children.
