| Purpose:The clinical effect of treating enuresis in children with lung Qi deficiency by soil cultivation and gold production is observed,which is expected to provide a new treatment idea for this disease and improve its clinical effect.Method:According to the inclusion criteria of the subject,76 enuresis children with lung qi deficiency were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The experimental group was given oral administration of Qi Huang Buqi Zhisan,and the control group was given oral administration of Buzhong Yiqi Wan.Both groups were given basic therapy intervention,2 weeks as a course of treatment for 4 weeks.Symptom scores of the two groups were recorded before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,and the scores of primary and secondary symptoms and the total clinical effective rate of the two groups were compared.The children with completely effective treatment were followed up 1 month after the end of treatment,and the recurrence rate was recorded.Results:1.Baseline comparison: The P values of age,gender,course of disease,TCM symptom score and bladder volume of children in the two groups before treatment were all greater than 0.05,indicating that the baseline of children in the two groups before treatment was consistent,which could be compared between groups.2.Overall clinical efficacy:(1)Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.29%,and that of the control group was 82.35%,P<0.05,indicating that the effect of oral administration of Qihuang supplementating Qi and stopping dispersing syndrome was superior to that of oral administration of Buzhong Yiqi Wan.(2)Comparison of disease efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.42%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.53%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the effect of oral administration of Qihuang supplementing Qi and stopping dispersive disease was better than that of oral administration of Buzhong Yiqi Wan.3.After 2 weeks of treatment,the number of enuresis,sleep depth,appetite,complexion,stool and other symptoms,P<0.05,the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the number of enuresis,sleep depth,appetite,complexion,stool and other symptoms,urinary frequency,sweating,mental state,less qi lazy talk and other symptoms,P> 0.05.The experimental group had the same effect as the control group in improving urinary frequency,sweating,mental state,low qi,lazy talk and other symptoms.4.After 4 weeks of treatment,the sleep depth P<0.05,the effect of the experimental group on improving sleep depth was better than that of the control group,the frequency of enuresis,frequency of urination,perspiration,appetite,mental state,the symptoms such as less color,stool,less qi and lazy talk,P>0.05.The experimental group had the same effect as the control group in improving the frequency of enuresis,frequency of urination,sweating,appetite,mental state,low complexion,stool,low qi and lazy talk.5.Comparison of bladder volume:After treatment,the bladder volume of the children who took Qihuang Buqi Zhisan and Buzhong Yiqi Wan were improved,P<0.05,and the effect of oral Qihuang Buqi Zhisan was better than that of oral Buzhong Yiqi Wan.6.Prognosis: The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 0.00% and that of the control group was 42.85%,P< 0.05,and the recurrence rate of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group.7.Safety evaluation: No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of tested children during treatment,and laboratory tests were within the normal range.Conclusion:1.Both groups have curative effect on enuresis in children with lung Qi deficiency type.According to the reduction of the total score of TCM symptoms,oral administration of Qihuang Buqi Zhiyusan granules has better curative effect than oral administration of Buzhong Yiqi pills.2.Qihuang Buqi Zhiyusan granules in the treatment of lung Qi deficiency in children enuresis is safe in clinical application,and the recurrence rate is relatively low. |
