As an important part of today’s medical system,EAH has a decisive influence on the medical industry.As an indispensable part of the medical service system,nurses’ professional quality will directly affect the final medical effect.Therefore,nurses are not only the core elements of contemporary medical activities,but also the fundamental composition of the establishment and development of hospitals.On the one hand,nurses need to timely observe the development of the disease,efficient and accurate execution of the doctor’s advice;On the other hand,nurses need to establish close contact with patients and their families,timely propaganda and communication work.Therefore,strengthening the training and management of nursing staff and comprehensively improving the comprehensive quality of nursing staff is the key content of hospital human resource management.Nurses working intensity big,strong professionalism,to strengthen the study of nursing staff training management,optimize the existing system of nurse training,improve training efficiency,improve the training effect,not only enriches the theoretical system of the medical care personnel training,and provide strong guarantee for practice work,has a positive theoretical significance and practical significance.Taking P Hospital as the research object,this paper analyzes the training and management of nursing staff and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions.First from P hospital nursing training management perspective,this paper expounds the research background and significance of this article,through the nurse staff training and professional training of relevant books and documents,based on P hospital training management of the existing system,make full use of the methods such as interview method,questionnaire survey,understand P hospital of the current training system of the specific situation.Secondly,based on the analysis,the study found P in hospital nursing staff training management still exist certain problems in the process,including training needs survey is inadequate,training plan goal unclear,training teachers choose difficult hard unattractive,training content,training effect evaluation,insufficient training effect of feedback timely and low conversion rate of training results.Thirdly,in view of these problems,combined with the development planning of the hospital,optimization schemes are proposed,including constructing a three-layer training demand analysis system of the hospital,departments and individuals,constructing QCC training process under the hierarchical training management of nurses,constructing a weak matrix training organization system,and building a training team selection system.Construct diversified training mode and comprehensive evaluation index system of training effect.Finally,on the basis of the optimization program,safeguard measures are put forward from four aspects of culture,organization,system and risk control to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization programThrough the investigation and analysis of the nurse training system in P Hospital,this paper optimizes the existing nursing staff training system in the hospital and puts forward necessary safeguard measures.It not only improves the hospital’s competitive advantage in human resources,but also improves the professional quality and service level of nurses.In addition,the multi-level demand analysis scheme,training development and planning scheme,training implementation scheme and comprehensive evaluation scheme of training effect proposed in this paper can also be used for reference in nurse training in other hospitals.
