Research On Knowledge Optimization Strategies Of Logistics Supervisors Under The Background Of Hospital Business Outsourcing

In the information era,the economic and social development relies more on knowledge application,and hospitals also recognize that knowledge is a significant resource.Innovatively,they put forward the “Internet + Logistics” service mode,and incorporates knowledge management and application in the practice of medical service.Based on the relevant research results of knowledge management,this study mainly discusses the personal knowledge management ability of the head of hospital logistics from the aspects of personal knowledge management process,knowledge innovation ability and information operation ability,which shows that existing problems by analyzing the logistics status of hospital.These problems are mainly shown in knowledge demand,knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage,knowledge sharing,knowledge utilization,etc.,which specially include that the understanding of knowledge management is not profound,the willingness of active learning is not strong,the access to knowledge is single,the knowledge storage is unreasonable,the knowledge sharing is insufficient,and the knowledge use is not sufficient,etc.Regarding the above problems,the problem causes are studied from the perspective of the person in charge of logistics and hospital.Finally,the solutions are proposed to improve the understanding of personal knowledge management,enhance the analysis of personal knowledge demand,establish the concept of lifelong learning,extend the knowledge acquisition routes,collect the knowledge well,apply the knowledge management tool,accumulate the knowledge,change the traditional concepts,share the knowledge and carry out the knowledge management evaluation on the basis of problem analysis and reason explanation.
