A Study On The Optimization Of Training Management System For The Main Treatment About Bones In Chinese-russian Hospital

The main treatment about bones in Chinese-Russian hospital as a level grade two for A in Manzhouli,The talent management model that hospitals have been always adhering to can no longer meet the needs of today's medical market.In the busy work-time of the past,having always neglected the training of human resource management and development work,but with the development of the era of knowledge-driven economy and expand,and the hospital obtaining a position in the health system,that the present hospital personnel training is difficult to effectively follow up the future demand for sustainable development of hospital.Therefore,by investigating the form of questionnaire,the paper finds out the problems in the current hospital talent training,and explores the reasons,so as to optimize the existing training design of the hospital.There are several aspects included in the main research content in this paper:(1)Based on human resources course,to state the theory of human resources training related knowledge,and to ascertain the thought of help optimize talent training system and principles.(2)Investigation the detailed situation of the hospital,especially for the management of personnel training on this item,this investigation standing in the hospital strategic height,and the point of view of long-term development,analysis existing problems in the management of hospital personnel training as a systemic research,,and goes deep into the main cause of its formation.(3)Strive to build a higher quality talent training system,relying on talent training theory knowledge,closely under the condition of the hospital,especially for the hospital in the main problems of talent training,as well as the main reasons for these problems,advances some corresponding suggestion,optimization strategy is helpful to to build a better talent training system.The study of the paper can provide a more effective way to advance the training of the hospital's personnel training,and to optimize the practical strategy of improving the comprehensive quality of health care personnel.
