In recent years,with the reform of the medical and health care system,the competition between the medical market has become increasingly fierce.Since the emergence of private hospitals,competition between private hospitals and public hospitals has emerged in the medical market.However,private hospitals lack the support of national policies.Therefore,only by constantly improving hospital management and providing high-quality medical services,and fully exploiting and utilizing all their own resources,can private hospitals ensure their competitive advantages.Design theory based on the related concepts and training management as the foundation,USES the questionnaire survey method,interview method and literature review method as the research method,through to the Y civilian battalion hospital nursing staff training management for investigation and analysis,analyze the existing problems in the existing system and its root,find existing Y civilian battalion hospital nursing staff training management there is a lack of training needs analysis,lack of detailed training plan,the lack of appropriate training methods and lack of training effect evaluation of the problem,the problem the reason is that leaders do not take the nursing training,training single teaching methods,training funds investment is insufficient,the performance incentive system.To help Y private hospitals to optimize training management,combining with the domestic and foreign research present situation,the overall train of thought and design principle of formulation optimization,from training needs analysis,training program design,implementation and training evaluation feedback four link is optimized to improve,make the new training management can effectively improve the efficiency of the training,so as to improve the comprehensive quality and professional ability of nursing staff,improve hospital core competence as a whole.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improved training management system,Y private hospitals also need to strengthen the attention of leaders on nursing staff training,increase the training fund input of nursing staff,and establish a perfect performance incentive system.
