With the further deepening of the medical reform in our country and the rapid development of the private hospital,the public hospital is facing a severe living pressure,and how the hospital is looking for a new development road in the fierce market competition.It has become a common and urgent problem for all public hospitals in China.As an important guarantee for hospitalunderfineds survival and development,human resources play a vital role in the development of public hospitals.As one of the core of human resource management,the salary is the means of directly stimulating the potential of the talents and mobilizing the enthusiasm of the talents,which is an important position in the whole human resource management.However,in the investigation,it is found that the human resources management is not perfect,especially in the aspect of salary management,because of the lack of sound and perfect compensation management system,many public hospitals are difficult to realize the incentive personnel.And the purpose of fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the personnel is achieved.In this situation,how to improve the level of human resource management in public hospitals,strengthen the management of compensation and make it a part of the core competitiveness of the hospital has become a problem that must be solved in the course of development of public hospitals in our country.Based on the social development of the medical reform,this paper takes the salary management of public hospitals as the research object,selects the second class A hospital of Jinan A Hospital in the selection of specific cases,and re-optimizes the hospital salary management system on the basis of thorough investigation and analysis of the current salary management situation and existing problems in the hospital.The first part is the introduction,as the basic part of the paper,this part of the medical and health industry pay management background,the choice of hospital pay management as the research object of significance and domestic and foreign research status,and focus on the research innovation points;the second part of the theory,the definition of public hospitals,pay management and pay management process,and in-depth introduction of the relevant theories of pay management,for further research to provide a theoretical basis;The third part is the present situation analysis,as the full text core part,this part chooses Jinan A hospital as the research object,through the interview and the field investigation and so on thorough understanding hospital current salary management present situation and the question,and carries on the analysis to these problems the deep-seated reason;the fourth part carries on the optimization design to the A hospital salary management system,regarding the A hospital salary management present question,this article optimizes the hospital salary management system from consummates the salary management system,links the salary and the performance appraisal and so on five aspects;The fifth part is the conclusion,this part summarizes the full text research,draws the full text research conclusion,and points out the follow-up research direction.
