| Objective:Observe and evaluate Jianpi Libi powder’s curative effect in treating allergic rhinitis in children,and to provide the clinical basis for the application of jianpi libi powder,and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:In this study,a randomized control method was used to screen and collect children with AR who came to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2021.Sixty children with lung-qi deficiency syndrome meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 different groups of 30.The experimental group was treated with Jianpi Libi Powder,and another group was treated with clarityne.The course was 2 weeks.The changes in symptoms and signs of the them were scanned before,1 week later and 2 weeks later of treatment,and recorded in the case observation table.SPSS23.0 was used to analyze data,so as to evaluate curative effect between the two groups.Result:1.General Situation: no missing case,60 cases included in the case,of which 32 cases were male,28 cases were female,mean age was 5.07 years old;30 cases in the treatment group,17 cases were male,13 cases were female;The mean age was 5.5 years old,30 cases in control group,15 cases in male and 15 cases in female,the average was 4.63 years old,the mean duration of disease in treatment group was 3.53 months,the mean duration of disease in control group was 4.03 months.After statistics analysis,two groups of cases of sex,age,course of no statistical differences(P<0.05).In order to study on the correlation between the age of the children and the TCM syndrome,the two groups of children were re-grouped by age group(non-school-age: 2-5years old,a total of 37;School-age: 6-12 years old,23 students in total),the results showed that within the age-bracket(2-12 years old)of subjects,the scores of symptoms of fatigue,shortness of breath,low voice,lazy speech,pallor and loose stools were compared(P>0.05),and had no statistical differences,while it was between the point of anorexia and sweating symptoms(P < 0.001).There is a correlation between the symptoms of anorexia and sweating and the age of the children in this study,the non-school-age children with anorexia symptoms more serious,school-age children with sweating symptoms more serious.2.Total efficacy: In the treatment group,16 children(53.33%)were significantly effective,11 children(36.67%)were effective and 3 children(10%)were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 90%.In another group,6 children(20%)were significantly effective,16children(53.33%)were effective and 8 children(26.67%)were ineffective.Total rate was73.33%,P<0.05,showed that research group’s total effect was more effective than the other group.3.After 1 week of treatment,the scores of main symptoms and signs,secondary symptoms and total points are also significant differences(P < 0.001)before treatment,both groups showed improvement in allergic rhinitis.(1)After 1 week of treatment,compared the point of main symptoms of two groups,the points of research group’s nasal obstruction,runny nose and nasal turbinate were significantly different from the other(P<0.05),while the scores of sneezing and nasal itching were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).In two groups of treatment for allergic rhinitis(lung spleen deficiency syndrome)have improved on the basis of patient treatment group stuffy nose,runny nose,nasal symptoms than the control group to ease significantly,but the two groups of sneezing,nasal itching treatment to improve the degree of difference is not obvious.(2)Compared with clarityne group,the points of fatigue,shortness of breath,anorexia and loose stools in the treatment group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while no statistical differences in the points of unwillingness to apeak,sweatiness and pallor between two groups(P>0.05).Two groups of treatment for AR(lung spleen deficiency syndrome)also had an improved patient.The treatment group’s fatigue,shortness of breath,anorexia,sweatiness and loose stools ease significantly than control,but two groups of treatment for unwillingness to apeak and pallor to improve the degree of difference is not obvious.4.After 1 week of treatment,the scores of main symptoms and signs,secondary symptoms and total points are also significant differences(P < 0.001)before treatment,both groups showed improvement in allergic rhinitis.(1)After 2 weeks of treatment,compare the main symptom score of two groups,nasal congestion,runny nose,turbinate signs integral significant difference compared with control subjects(P < 0.001),sneezing,itchy nose points compared with another group there was no difference of statistics(P > 0.05),shows that in the two groups of treatment for allergic rhinitis(lung spleen deficiency syndrome)have improved on the basis of the patient,stuffy nose,runny nose,nasal symptoms treatment group than the control group to ease significantly,but the two groups of sneezing,nasal itching treatment to improve the degree of difference is not obvious.(2)Compared with clarityne group,the points of fatigue,shortness of breath,anorexia,sweatiness and loose stools in the treatment group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while no statistical differences in the is not obvious.Conclusion:1.The study of the correlation between the age-bracket(2-12 years old)of the children and the TCM symptoms shows that there is a correlation between the symptoms of anorexia and sweating and the age-bracket,the non-school-age children with anorexia symptoms more serious,school-age children with sweating symptoms more serious.2.Jianpi lipi powder can effectively treat children’s allergic rhinitis,and the overall effect of Jianpi lipi powder is better than loratadine syrup.3.Jianpi libi powder has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of children’s allergic rhinitis,compared with loratadine syrup,the effect of improving the symptoms of nasal obstruction,runny nose,turbinate sign,fatigue,shortness of breath,anorexia,loose stools and sweatiness was more significant,and during this does not appear harmful response,the safety of Jianpi libi powder can be seen,which supports the clinical application of jianpi libi powder. |
